Welcome to Kamaole Sands #2-306. This beautiful 3rd floor ocean view 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo can accommodate 4 people with its queen size sofa sleeper. This condo has a fully equipped upgraded kitchen, in unit washer/dryer, AC units, & ceiling fans throughout. There is a house phone for your use & free WIFI. This unit has 2 full bathrooms. The condo also has beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, & a cooler for your use. This is the perfect place to make your Maui memories.

Master Suite: King size bed, ceiling fan, AC unit, TV with cable and storage.
En suite Bathroom: Walk in shower, toilet, single sink vanity and luxury Hawaiian bath products.

Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a full gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and breakfast bar(2 stools), smart TV with cable, dining table, sitting chair, ceiling fan, AC unit, and a queen sofa sleeper.

Second Bathroom: Walk in shower, luxury Hawaiian bath products, single sink vanity, and toilet.

Lanai: Ocean view, shaded, and a dining table for 4 people.

Location, location, location. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. A local and tourist favorite for picnics, sunsets, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, and more. Kamaole Sands consists of 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. The resort features a fully-equipped gym/workout facility overlooking the pool area.
Resort amenities include a large pool area with plenty of seating and shade, 2 hot tubs, kid's area, and 10 BBQ with shaded seating. Kamaole Sands also features 4 tennis courts (no fee) with a daily drop-in programs, Spinshot tennis ball machine, and weekly free clinic by a USPTA Pro. The courts are in great shape and there is Adult and junior tennis rackets are available to rent with no charge for balls. Parking is in a free, private, and well-lit parking lot with security. Wi-Fi available in most areas around the resort and a cyber cafe is in the lobby. Kam Sands activity area includes ping pong, foosball, and other games. There is also a free lending library and free Maui News newspaper available daily at the pool. Kam Sands has a true resort feel.

Every Wednesday, Kam Sands also hosts a complimentary gathering with live music and hula dancers. No resort in Kihei offers more and this is perfectly located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities.

Great Condo and Location
We love Kihei. The Kamaole Sands complex is our go to for accommodations. This condo did not disappoint. The furnishings are comfortable and sturdy, the AC worked great, and the view did not disappoint.

This condo was very clean upon arrival and has everything you need. Beautiful property and ideal location. Enjoyed proximity to beaches for relaxation and snorkelling as well as restaurants.. Host is very responsive. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The condo was in great and clean condition, it had all necessary supplies, like kitchen tools, even beach gear. The apartment complex is well maintained, with a nice pool, large lawn with several barbeque areas, and walking distance to a nice beach.
