This is Wailea Living!

Nestled in a private and secluded enclave between the Wailea Blue Course and the Wailea Tennis Club, the Wailea Grand Champions Villas are where travelers can golf, play tennis, be pampered at the Wailea Grand Spa, whale watch or turtle spot, or soak up the sun, snorkel, stand up paddle-board or body surf at over a dozen of South Maui's finest gold-sand beaches.

Our ground-floor, single level (no stairs inside), fully renovated 2-bedroom villa consists of a king sized master suite with walk-in closet, and a guest suite with two twin beds. Each bedroom has an attached en-suite and each living space has it's own Freidrich air conditioner and ceiling fan to keep cool (although, with windows and doors open, Maui's trade winds provide a more fragrant and desirable natural cooling).

Our kitchen is fully stocked for those who enjoy dining in and we've equipped the kitchen with many of the household luxuries you'd find at home!

Our lanai is private, secluded and right next to nature. You can be serenaded by songbirds, enjoy a coffee or glass of wine without golfers or pedestrians strolling by, and take in the changing sky as the sun drops below the horizon.

My husband and I had a great stay at Chris' condo in Grand Champions. The location is so convenient - a short walk to the Shops at Wailea, and an even shorter walk to Akamai Coffee in Wailea Village. And a super easy drive to all of our favorite Wailea area beaches. We enjoyed our stay.

Love the wood floors— We are very allergic and had no trouble. Felt very safe. Wish we had thought earlier to go to Wailea town for dinners (prices at the hotels nearby were intimidating). Saw lots of this stunning island, with helpful advice from host Chris, who was great.

Wonderful experience
Our stay was only 5 days arriving on Monday and leaving on Friday. That was not long enough for us. Location and condition was very good and we were all very comfortable while there. Mostly used as a home base to prep meals, sleep, and plan excursions for the did. I was able to get in the hot tub and pool 2 nights, but pretty exhausted when done for the day so that was it. Overall a great experience and if this unit is available next time we get back to Maui I'll be booking it again.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a great stay here! Very nice condo with all the basics you need. All the beds were very comfortable and the extra pillows made it easy to find one that was “just right”. The unit includes beach umbrellas, chairs, and a cooler. There are no snorkels or beach/pool toys, but you can easily get these from a local shop or ABC store. Overall a wonderful stay and we would stay here again!

This condo was conveniently located near all our favorite places in Wailea. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking was easy. The condo layout was open and roomy for the 4 of us. The 2 bedrooms were very comfortable and so nice that each had their own bathroom. The place was very clean. We also enjoyed the amenities of the pool, hot tub and barbecues.

South Maui Gem
This is Wailea Living is beautiful,spacious and well maintained condo in heart of Wailea. Not far from beaches, restaurants and main attractions of South Maui. Chris is great host, helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Grand Champion Villas is a beautiful place with great pools and facilities. Condo was perfect place to stay for 6 nights for our family of 4. Definitely would stay there again.

Great unit. Very well equipped. Only down sides were the tennis club which started at7 am and the construction going on behind the tennis club. Not so great if you want to sleep past 7 am.

Close to tons of beaches and shops
Overall, great place to stay especially if you are going out during the day to adventure. Pickle ball has gained popularity and is played right off the lanai which can be annoying at times. Check in was late due to cleaner being behind but she allowed us to put groceries away. The location of the property is wonderfull, close to everything in South Maui. Chris communicated in great detail and was prompt in his responses. Enjoy!

A perfect place for my first time in Maui!
This was my first time in Maui with my partner. We were celebrating our 2nd anniversary, as well as a friends birthday. They had been numerous times before but collectively we all agreed this was perfect for us! Wailea is a beautiful area and since we headed to Big/Little beach most days, it was much closer than other places. The complex was nice and well maintained. It was a short walk each morning to the Shops where we'd grab coffees and Acai bowls! The unit itself was clean, spacious, quiet, and overall in good condition! I had a few questions before arriving and the hosts were extremely responsive. Overall 5 stars!
