Kihei Beach is located on Maui’s sunny south shore, with consistently warm and dry weather year-round! The location also offers unbelievable views of Kahoolawe, Molokini and the West Maui Mountains. Fronting the property is Sugar Beach, well known for it’s romantic sunsets, great swimming, miles of unspoiled strolling beach and seasonal whale watching. Enjoy this spacious 2 bed, 2 bath, family friendly unit. Come and stroll 6 continuous miles of beautiful beach, or our private pool. We await!

The interior of this unit was funny renovated from top to bottom, completed April 2022!

It includes a fully equipped kitchen, Keurig, central a/c, cable television, sound system, complimentary high-speed internet service, high-tech USB outlets, luxury linens, beach items, and a front row seat to the best location for whale watching in all of Maui (Maalaea Harbor is a natural nursery for the whales!). The beach offers an oceanfront pool area, gas BBQ's, and free parking.
