New: split, central AC with AC in the bedroom. (One of the few units in the complex with bedroom cooled central AC)

Excellent location
Excellent location on well taken care of property. Right across from Cove Beach Park, great to wake up and see the ocean and watch the surfers, and in the evening to see the sunset. We have typically stayed a little further south in the past, a little closer to Charley Young and Kamaole Beaches which we prefer to Cove Beach, but this was not much further, and we loved being so close to the food trucks and Foodland. Pool and hot tub were excellent and well maintained. Property isn't as updated as others but priced accordingly and we were very satisified with what we got. Thanks for a great stay!!

The View!
Greg’s condo was perfect for our week on Maui. It was clean and comfortable and well stocked with beach gear. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the surfers and spotting whales. The location is perfect with beaches and lots of great places to eat in easy walking distance.

Everything was great about our stay, and we can’t wait to go back. The condo was prefect for our needs, we enjoyed the pool/BBQ and made several meals at the condo. It is in a great location, walking distance to lots of fun things and close to the beach.

Perfect place for a honeymoon
The location of shores of Maui could not be better! The lanai overlooks the ocean, and you can watch sunsets from the pool. Greg is a great host that goes out of his way to make it a comfortable stay for his guests.

Everything about this place was amazing. Location, view, a/c, amenities, pool temp, cleanliness, towels, boogie board, lounge chairs/umbrella, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen including condiments and coffee, decent beds, quiet and private, front row parking every day, shopping/food 5 minutes walk away, and adorable little geckos greeting us every morning on our way out of the complex. Greg was super easy to communicate with, and gave us a phone number to call if we needed anything. This place was great!

Our 2nd floor condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the expansive ocean view. We used the beautiful pool, hot tub, BBQ grills and pickleball courts every day. Highly recommended!

Excellent location and amenities. Condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful ocean waves and sunsets right from lanai. Easy walk to shops, cafe’s, restaurants, beaches, parks. Pool/hot tub area very nice with extensive grill set up. Recommend without hesitation! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location
We found this condo to be very convenient to beaches and restaurants for both walking and driving. Not fancy, but a well-equipped property which met all of our needs for cooking, grilling, sleeping and laundry. We also appreciated having extra beach towels. There seems to be a good community of friendly, longer term owners/guests which made the property feel more homey and safe. Overall, a very affordable option this close to the water and activities. We would certainly stay here again if returning to Maui.

Beyond Perfect
This condo is super clean and has an awesome view from the private deck. We enjoyed watching the surfers and the sunsets. The air conditioning was welcomed in the afternoons. The pool and gardens are well maintained. We felt very safe. There is a place to park your car behind the building. The owner, Greg, had everything beautifully arranged for us. Rent this condo and you’ll be very happy.

Condo was excellent! Located on a major road, but condo is past the pool, so road noise not a problem. Condo and property/pool well cared for and secure. Condo had everything we needed. Greg was very responsive when booking and when we needed to call him while at the condo. Great location with many great dining options a short walking distance away. Beginner surf break right outside the condo. Snorkeling spots very close and saw many sea turtles. We will be back!!

We have been to Kihei many times, and this stay was wonderful. We enjoyed morning walks a short block away to get coffee and stroll through the gardens with our toddler. The location was perfect. Greg was available and responsive, but never intrusive. He even bought a new pack n play for our stay. The condo is small, but perfect for our little family. It was very clean and comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We will be back!

Amazing location!
The Shores of Maui is in a wonderful location! Just a short walk & you are at most restaurants & shops. Very safe & clean area of Maui. The condo complex is extremely well cared for with a wonderful refreshing pool & patio area to relax on. The condo itself was great. Very clean, with beach chairs, beach towels & an umbrella all provided. The A/C was wonderful & quickly cooled the condo on hot days. Laundry in the unit was very convenient & easy to use. Our only negative would be that when we booked, the booking listed a queen size sofa bed in the living room & when we arrived, there was no sofa bed, which we had been counting on. So our teenage son ended up having to sleep on the sofa for our trip. We would absolutely book in the complex again & especially in this condo. Thank you for offering a wonderful vacation spot for our family!

This was our 4th stay and continues to be one of our favorites. Location is superb and with the S. Maui Gardens adding food carts and music we loved it. Would recommend!

A great place to stay
Great communication and perks of umbrella, boogie board, and other beach stuff. It is in a very good location if you are learning to surf. The A/C in the bedroom is amazing because a lot of units do not have that. Take note.
