Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Due to bylaws and permit restrictions, the house and property are solely intended for registered guests.  THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AT ANY GIVEN TIME, CANNOT EXCEED 6 PEOPLE ON THE PROPERTY, AND/OR INSIDE THE HOUSE.  PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

This place was truly an oasis. My kids loved the pool and the privacy. The house is in a very centralized location and super close to the beach. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this place.

Beautiful property close to the beach
Pictures don't do this place justice. The backyard is a peaceful oasis, and yet only a few minutes drive to the beach. Had everything we needed for a great week in Hawaii!

Awesome poolside getaway
House was perfect. Closeness and accessibility to all Wailea has to offer without having to be at one of the Oceanside resorts. Recommend eating at Matteo’s for incredible Italian food and Lineage if you want more Classic Hawaiian flavors. Monkey pod and Tikihua are musts for their Mai Tai’s and smaller bites.

Personal Resort with this property!
My family of 6 spent the past 6 nights in this beautiful house. It had more than enough room & was even better than what the pictures show. It was very clean & had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool & hot tub & just relaxing in the back yard & on the deck. I will definitely try to book this on our next Maui vacation!

Dream vacation rental
This rental is an absolute dream. Great location in the south, close to all the stuff in Wailea and in Kihei. The place came equipped with anything you could need. The pool was amazing. The views were incredible. The hosts were easy to communicate with and everything was easy. Will definitely stay again. Mahalo!

For the amount of money you charge, you need to upgrade your kitchen appliances. Toaster and coffee machine. the house also need exterminator. We fund a huge roach inside a bedroom.

The backyard feels like you have a private resort - so beautiful l, private and well taken care of. We spent a lot of time there! The house is very well taken care of and appointed. Everything you need is there and everything works. Great location. Comfortable beds too! We could not have been happier and are sold on renting a house instead of a traditional resort the next time we head to Maui. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home!

Overall a good stay
Not sure if worth the price. local neighborhood with a fair a mount of traffic in and out. the owner was in the driveway the first day digging around in his garage. the dishwasher was broken, before we got there, crusty wash pods inside so we knew it was already broken. overhang of porch let rain stream through onto sitting/couch area. We spent most time away form house so it didnt matter that much nothing end of world, just at what appears to be a premium price 2 miles from beach (very little access and parking by beach BTW), value didnt fit price. But thats Maui.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The backyard is the shining feature of this property. Beautiful pool and spa and outdoor rock feature. The inside is very dated with brown carpet and stained dining chairs etc. If you are used to higher end home rentals may not be satisfied with the interior given the cost of the unit. The kitchen had most of the supplies needed to cook a good meal. All appliances worked. The washer and dryer worked well and the bed was comfortable. The towels were older and had a mildew odor when wet so had to wash them daily. The management company was great and responsive.— city power went out one day briefly and they were super helpful. You can see the ocean in the distance which was nice.

Good Solid Place to Stay
House was cozy spacious place to stay near Wailea. The house has a bedroom on each side of house with plenty of space in between and privacy. Rooms were a good size too. There were 3 of us and there was more than plenty of room. The house came with several boogie boards and beach/pool towels and an outdoor shower area to wash off and clean up after the beach. The kitchen is spacious and we never felt on top of one another. Kitchen well appointed with the various things one needs. Its a quiet location too, limited street noise. Back deck is a nice place to hang out and watch the sunset. Pool was too chilly for my liking and did not use it. Place has hot tub which was nice the one time used it. Management very easily accessible too if problem arose and responsive. We had a jacuzzi issue and it didnt work all days of our stay which was disappointing but stuff happens and they tried to resolve it. They were accomodating and granted a request to check in early as house was ready and available early. Not far from to Wailea shops, hotels and restaurants too.

We would stay in this home again, 10/10- the only downside is we enjoyed being in the house so much we were not motivated to explore the island! The pool is lovely- a nice sized pool to enjoy as a family of four. I spent most of my time on the back deck, enjoying the view of the pool with the ocean in the distance. The landscaping is top-notCh and there are a variety of curious birds and little lizards to watch. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is well-appointed. We had a question about the cable television and called management; our question was quickly and accurately answered by a friendly, knowledgeable person. The value is here and we would book this home again without hesitation.

We had a little bit of the hard time with the wifi as it was not working for the first day or so, but management was quick to try to fix it. Our only compliant is that the company skipped our orientation so we were not told that a yard maintenance crew would be coming during the week we were staying-- they barged into the backyard without warning and mowed, weedwacked and removed trees for over an hour... needless to say we were not pleased with this unannounced intrusion while we were laying out by the pool.Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

Knowing we would be eating out during the conference, we chose to cook/grill dinners on site. The kitchen, grill, and deck area were perfect for happy hour and dinners in. The pool, hottub, waterfall features and landscaping made you feel like you were in a secret garden.... Marking morning coffee, midday sun, and stargazing at night extra peaceful.

Our plans unexpectedly changed while we were on the island and I reached out to see if it was possible to check in days early. Within house, they had the house ready and we got the go ahead to check in. The house was in perfect location, 8 mins from a beautiful public beach and 5 mins from a shopping plaza.The pool was absolutely amazing and the house was spotless!! I would recommend PMI and this house specifically to ANYONE going to the island.

The property was exceptionally clean and organized from the parking stall to the seating bench at the back of the pool. The manager provided a quick run through of the amenities. Our family enjoyed the pool, BBQ grilling outside, and the space. This is a quiet neighborhood and it’s also close to shopping at Wailea. We loved sightseeing all the way to La Perouse to Kula. PMI staff made our check in simple and even called us as the home was available a little early to 4pm check in. The home is very unique, updated and clean. Once we picked up a few groceries, everything else was made available on site. The landscaping is top shelf with the lava rock pool, spa and waterfalls. The home is located about 5 minutes Keawakapu beach and is great for the kids as the waves weren’t too big. We enjoyed our stay so much that it is always hard to leave the island as we’ve been visiting for over 20 years and have gotten to know many locals and made some greatMemories. This was one of best stays ever. We celebrated our son becoming a teen (13) , my wife turning 50 and celebrated 15 year wedding anniversary.
