Fabulous rental! The full ocean view from your unit provides an amazing Hawaiian experience even when you are not out enjoying the surrounding beaches and activities. When you do want to put your toes in the sand, the beach is just a short stroll through the manicured grounds of the Maui Sunset. In the evening, be sure to utilize one of the community BBQ Grills and enjoy your meal at one of the tables while relaxing in the tropical breezes. At night you can experience the park-like grounds with the tiki torches lit up - a truly magical experience.
Maui Sunset #B-519 is a fifth floor 2 bed 2 bath unit with beautiful ocean views and everything you need for a fabulous Maui vacation!. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, window unit AC in both bedrooms as well as the living room, and ceiling fans throughout. In addition this unit provides complimentary wifi. Maui Sunset #B-519 has a king-sized bed and a SmartTV in the primary bedroom and includes an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom provides twin beds, a SmartTV, and the convenient second bathroom includes a shower. The living room is equipped with a queen sofa bed and a large SmartTV with additional Roku options. For outdoor enjoyment, Maui Sunset #B-519 supplies beach chairs and beach towels. The a/c units are on 4 hour timers for energy efficiency. Sleeps 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Maui Sunset is a fabulous oceanfront property in Kihei that has lush tropical landscaping, large pool which is heated during the winter months, hot tub, gas grills, workout room, and tennis courts out on the beach for your use. Guests return here year after year which says a lot about this property. Windsurf, whale watch, walk the beach and enjoy magnificent sunsets.

We loved everything about the property. The condo is stunning, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. The grounds of the Maui Sunset are immaculate and we’d love to come back again.

Property was exactly as advertised
Amazing views from living and balcony area. The place was decorated really nice and had a closet full of beach chairs, towels and snorkel gear. The main living area was large and was a nice open space. the two bedrooms and bathrooms were on the smaller size , but the private large balcony and spacious living area were great. The property was well maintained and kept up nice. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful grounds, great beach to walk on. Disappointed in condo;however!
Loved the beach and enjoyed walking short distance to town. Our condo was outdated-white popcorn ceilings with black around edges. Neither bedroom had ocean views. Cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Our closet had so much beach equipment, we couldn’t put any of our things in it and we were there 2 weeks! The grounds were very well kept. We couldn’t spend much time in hot tub as it was over full with people who stayed in it for hours! We were able to use the shuffleboard and bocce ball frequently. We did have a nice time but probably wouldn’t return!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed here with our 3 teenage kids. The room was very nice and accommodated our needs well. It smelled good upon arrival, the amenities (washer / dryer, kitchen, spices, cookware) etc. worked well for us. There were plenty of beach chairs (7?). There was snorkeling gear for 4 adults, so I ended up renting a set for the week from the activities desk below. The pool / hot tub area was great and the kids enjoyed the shuffleboard and tennis. I would only note 2 drawbacks. One was the beach: ok for walking distance, but very narrow and rocky so not good for "hanging out" so we had to drive to other beaches. The second and biggest frustration was apparently our week stay was during the 1 time of year the property scalps and reseeds all the grass. This happened for 3 days of our stay and we heard nothing but yard equipment all day and grass was everywhere. It was disappointing we weren't aware of this schedule. We had such a nice room and the property was so wonderful, only to be overshadowed by the work going on. I'd definitely go back though.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit has a great view of both the green space and ocean. We picked this place for the expansive green grass on the property. We knew our children would love to play on it. Also we able to watch them from the lanai. I believe that there are not many properties with this. The unit is clean with older furniture and a well stocked kitchen. There is A/C present from wall units, but you have to reset the timer every 4 hours. If you open the front door and sliding glass door, you can get a wonderful breeze through the unit. The property is meticulously clean and well maintained. I never saw a stray leaf or branch. Also I saw the maintenance crew scrub and clean the pool and jacuzzi thoroughly every morning.

this condo is so lux! clean, stocked with all the vacation necessities, comfortable beds and pullout couch. so so so clean. breathtaking views. love the push button access, no worries about lost keys. management company is professional and responsive.
