Maui Parkshore #304 has been completely updated, including brand-new, stainless steel kitchen appliances and includes an enormous, 25 foot wide lanai with ocean views. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is equipped with extra high-speed internet so you can stream movies, Both bathrooms have showers (no tub). Complimentary wireless internet service. The kitchen is fully equipped. Unit #304 has no air conditioning. It has a Cal King bed in the master bedroom a Queen bed in the guest room and also sofa sleeper. Maui Parkshore #304 can sleep 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Nice, close to the beach
Our stay here was very nice. We had close access to the beach, and it was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning, but it cooled down at night so it wasn’t a huge deal, just would have made our stay more comfortable.

You can't beat the ocean view and it was so great to be right across the street from the beach. The condo is big and in good condition. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella! Communication from the property management company before we arrived was clear. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Experience
We loved everything about this condo and plan to stay here next time we visit Maui, the property manager was super easy to deal with. When one of the beach chairs broke, they were able to get us a new chair within the hour!! We loved the location and the Maui Parkshore property! My only complaint was the floor, the cabinet handles, lanai floor and lanai table were dirty, but other than that it was great!

This is a centrally located property and just across from the beach. The condition of the mattress in the master bedroom is well worn out and it needs replacing ASAP, the foam pad on top of it won't cut it anymore.

Good location, unit had kitchen stuff and beach stuff, beach stuff we had to clean. Unit could have been cleaner, snorkel gear full of sand garbage in beach chairs, Kleenex under beds. Overall place was ok. We were able to use pool after check out.

Great location and amenities
The location was great, the pool and barbecue area were wonderfully maintained, and the condo was fine overall. Our only critique was that the furniture was pretty used and tired, especially the couches and the king size mattress seemed to crown in the middle. We also ended up hand washing all of our dishes because the dishwasher seemed to make things more dirty than when they went in. Everything else was great though and we were able to cook almost all of our meals in the condo during our stay!

This 2 bed 2 bath is extremely well stocked and right across from the beach. However, a week in August with no AC was uncomfortable. With a very old mattress, it was impossible to sleep and rest. The rayan couch is absolutely broken, the outdoor cushion is way overdue for updating and it needs a deep cleaning.

The location is ideal but the unit could use updates. One of the couches is un-usable and the 2 chairs are dirty and falling apart. Other than not having a mop the unit had everything that we needed. The tile floors were not clean upon arrival so we had to call and request special cleaning. The mattresses aren't the best but a thick mattress pad could help. Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: There were many things that did not work a fan which we really needed the slider doors we very difficult to open and close we had trouble with **** roaches the dish washer was broken they did fix this quickly.the closet doors did not slide open. Woukd have been more comfirtable with an air conditioning portable unit it wss humid and hot but wasnt one so know when you stay here no air conditioner.

Location, Location, Location
First off, it’s a really good value. We were pleased with what we got for what we paid. The location for us was perfect. Our favorite beaches on Maui are the Kamaole beaches. Short walk to shopping, food, coffee, shave ice, etc. The lanai is very spacious. The pool was great. Here are a few things that could be better. We had black feet after only a few minutes inside the condo after checking because the floors were dirty. The countertops were sticky and not clean. We bought our own cleaning supplies to take care of that. The towels are pretty old. The kitchen is fully stocked but many of the items, we did not need. And it was missing some key things like small knives for the steak dinner we BBQ’d. This all being said, we would stay here again.

Fabulous location!
We have used Vrbo many times in the past, and just like all the other rentals we received exactly what was expected and featured online. The property manager was easy to deal with. All instructions were accurate. We were extremely happy with the location in Kihei and proximity to the beach and other amenities. The lanai was a fantastic size with a great view. However we do feel that this unit requires some attention to detail. The beach towels are mostly dated and smaller. The beds are not very comfortable. This unit needs a good cleaning (lamps were covered in dust and floor needs a good scrub). The light switch for the lanai is covered by the new cabinets, so there was no lighting outside. This made it difficult to play cards or games on the lanai in the evening, which would have been our preference as there is no air conditioning in this unit.

Kitchen counters very dirty. No bathroom rugs...until a few days in when we went to do laundry we found them in the washer still dirty and stinky. The beds were comfortable. Charis at bar, green couch and lanai furniture are in desperate need of replacing. On our first day we came home to a kitchen full of water due to kitchen sink leaking. This was fixed very quickly which was great. This unit has an amazing view of the water and sunset and is in a great location. The property outside of the unit is super clean and felt very welcoming and safe. Workers on site were very kind and helpful. The unit has a great supply of beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, coolers (sm and large) and lots of beach towels.
