Our 2-bedroom Mana Kai condo is fully equipped with everything you need and is great for families. It has a full kitchen, split A/C in both bedrooms, and an open living room with sliding glass doors that lead to a spacious lanai overlooking the beach.

Mana Kai Maui is an eight-story resort situated right on a beautiful white-sand cove of the Keawakapu Beach, one of the best and also most kids-friendly beaches on Maui. Our condo is on the 7th floor with unobstructed views of the ocean and outer islands.

One of the best snorkeling reefs is just steps away, and you are within minutes from upscale shopping and restaurants in Wailea or more affordable, surfer-spirited Kihei. Golf courses and tennis courts are nearby.

Week-long Getaway!
This is the most beautiful property you’ll find on this island. Its right on the water front and located next to everything you’ll need. 5 minutes away from groceries, restaurants, car rental, surf rental and more. Always clean and everyone there is super nice!

Everything was just as advertised. We enjoyed the freedom of the kitchen so we didn't need to eat out every meal. And being literally right on the beach is what will bring us back! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely vacation that Igor’s gorgeous condo. The unit is well appointed. It has beautiful furnishings, extra linens and towels. The views are amazing, we watch whales from the lanai. Great vacation.

Perfect in every way
Our stay here was perfect in every way! The condo is on the best beach on Maui. The condo was perfectly sized for our family of 4 adults and set-up with all that you need for the vacation (kitchen has everything you need to cook, beach chairs, towels and coolers). The pictures do not do justice to view from the balcony. We watched whales, sunrises and sunsets from it every day. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Mana Kai. The views from this condo can't be beat... we received great responses with any issues that came up from the owner and management company and staff on site was pleasant and helpful. Some furnishings could use updating but this wasn't an issue for us. Beds were comfortable and the location of this unit in the building was very convenient.

The Mana Kai’s location is the best!
The beach is literally steps away. The views from the upper floors are magnificent! The location is the best! We have stayed in many units here over the years and thus was the least luxurious. The unit needs a good, deep cleaning but it was just fine for our needs. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries!

Absolute perfect location
Location, location, location! We absolutely loved our stay here. The views can’t be topped and the beach is beautiful. We had plenty of room for our family of four. The condo and grounds are very nice. The pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. Opted for the ocean instead. The town of Kihei was wonderful with a lot of places to eat and a cool vibe. We would come here again 10 out of 10 times.

Perfect Family Vacation
This condo is absolutely stunning . The location of the Mana Kai is perfect. The property is immaculate with a fantastic beach right outside the door. The condo itself was beyond my expectations. It’s fully stocked with everything you need. Igor was excellent to work with. Kihei is the perfect location, central to everything. I would highly recommend this condo. We will definitely be going back. Would not stay anywhere else but here.

Great location. Super great communication. Very clean. Only minor concern was the washer/ dryer were not actually in condo. They were across the hall and coin operated, which was not obvious to me in the listing. Once again, minor issue.

Breath taking views
On track with most reviews, the property needs a deep cleaning and updating. The beds are comfortable in the two bedrooms; however, the pull-out mattress is unacceptable in any way, so beware, if you plan to have anyone sleep on it, they are better off on the couch itself. The owner is wonderful and very responsive. The property is beautiful and well-kept.
