The Luana Kai is a beautiful resort, great location, quiet with lovely grounds full of tropical plants. Best of all it is ocean front, no roads to cross, no obstructions. Enjoy fantastic Maui sunsets, excellent whale watching, beach walks 100 yards from the condo. The property is on a large grassy park area with majestic palm trees and four tennis courts.

Our condo is conveniently located in sunny Kihei, close to shops, restaurants and many beaches. If it is windsurfing or kite sailing that brings you to Hawaii, you can launch outside our condo. Winds are slightly lighter so kite sailing better than the windsurfing. World class windsurfing is only 10 - 15 minutes away. If you are not a windsurfer, definitely check out the pros at Hookipa beach minutes from the town of Paia. Our one bedroom unit on the ground floor is convenient, comfortable and quiet... A great vacation spot! I’m the on island Property Manager from RE/MAX Resort Realty with 5 years of Concierge experience at Four & Five Stars Resorts. This property was in excellent condition. Quit clean and well apportioned. We enjoyed our visit very much. Even caught a picture of a large sea turtle on the beach. We certainly will book this fine residence on our next trip to Maui.

Be careful when making toast. The toaster is all metal and when you make toast the outside of the toaster is so hot that you will burn your hand. When you flush the toilet you have to hold the handle down about 10 seconds in order for it to flush. When

This was a quick, short planned trip. We usually stay on the north part of the island but decided to try this area. The condo was really great, clean, and all it was billed as. Malinee was pleasant to deal with, responsive and was a great trip. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a very nice stay
This rental was used for a work trip but I would have gladly stayed here on vacation. The grounds were well-kept, access to the beach was easy, and the unit was well stocked with quality furnishings and appliances. Correspondence was superfast and handled with professionalism. The location is a little north of Kihei so the surroundings are quieter at night (and the sunsets right outside the door are superb). Hard to ask for a better stay for the price.

Perfect Home Base
My husband and I were very pleased with our unit and the property grounds. We felt like for the price we got everything we would expect and the property manager was fabulous to work with. The location is a perfect distance from everything we wanted to see and do while visiting Maui. We will definitely be back and stay again.

The location is right in the middle of traveling between the island. The beach is a short strole from back door. Ambience is gentle and can view the west island from the porch. Everything that we didnt think we needed was available and easy to clean up. Wonderful stay
