Relax in the luxury and privacy of this quiet neighborhood that is still convenient to modern amenities and restaurants. This location is a little slice of heaven, a different experience from other rentals on Maui. Soak in unobstructed ocean and outer Island views as you gaze out at the green rolling pastures. Open bedroom sliders to step directly onto the patio lanai and take a dip in the pool and heated spa. Electric blackout shades in the bedrooms. Please note: We allow four guests maximum per stay. Due to the ideal location AC is not necessary.

Enjoy the horses and goats that populate the pasture. Spend cozy evenings around a gas fire in the luxurious earth-toned living room. Please note we allow four guests maximum per stay. Guests will stay in the main home and have private use of the pool and spa. Although we live on property in a separate home, you will have total privacy yet we are available should you need us for anything.

The home is set in a quiet neighborhood with perfect roads and trails for walking and hiking. Horses, miniature horses, sheep and goats are on property and can be moved to different enclosures according to guests' request. The location is secluded yet still convenient to stores, dining, and outdoor activities. The property is 10-15 minutes from Ulupalakua Ranch Store, Kula Bistro, Morihara Grocery Store, Maui Wine and Grandma's Coffee House.

A car is necessary to get around Maui. Plenty of on-site parking available.

Only registered guests who sign the house rules are allowed on the property unless permission from the owners is given. NO PARTIES. The home has two master suites both with King beds on opposite ends of the house, separated by the kitchen and living room area. Our nightly rates include the required 14.416% Hawaii GET/TAT taxes. Upon request the pool can be heated at an additional charge. Advanced notice required for private chef services, in-home massage and yoga classes. Please inquire.

We had a great time at Keith and Angie's beautiful property. The views were amazing and the home was very comfortable. We enjoyed the top notch linens and towels, and loved watching the Nigerian goats and retired polo horses. Truly a magical place!

Didn’t want to leave!
Our little family loved our stay here at Angie and Keith’s property. What a treat to walk in to the sound of soft Hawaiian music and the stunning views of the surrounding upcountry, big blue Pacific, and the islands. We had everything we needed and it was very comfortable and impeccably clean- up to my very high standards. My daughter misses the animals we would visit with every day. It was a memorable experience!

June Stay in Maui Upcountry
Stunning property in upcountry Maui really appropriate for adults. Excellent location to explore the island. We tried to balance exploration of the island vs downtime at the property. Keith was a gracious host, very responsive to any needs. Property had all the amenities needed for a relaxing time. Next time in Maui would definitely book again.

We spent an wonderful 3 days in Kula - the home sits on top of the world - the views are simply stunning, the home was as promised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Keith was a great host and we loved the added texture of the animals! This is a great way to see a whole different side of Maui and her beauty.

Only place to stay on Maui
We absolutely loved the ranch. This was a perfect place for our family. The views were some of the best views of the entire island. The host (Keith) was super responsive and took great care to welcome us to the house. The goats and horses were just a huge bonus for my wife and daughter. The house was even better than what we saw online. I will not stay anywhere else on Maui in the future. Thank you Keith for your hospitality and sharing your wonderful home with my family.

Spectacular way to experience Maui. If the house doesn't change your life, the view will! Keith was a very hospitable host. He was available when needed and ghost when not. The animals were lovely. The weather was perfect and the daily sunsets were completely amazing. What a dream!

Do not miss this gem!
A group of four of us ended a 9 day trip with three nights at Keith’s house and it was a highlight of the trip. The house is beautiful and well laid out. It’s fully stocked with everything you’d need and Keith was the most considerate host. He was friendly, full of recommendations, and even offered us a late check out to time better with a late night flight. The scenic views of Maui while relaxing in the hot tub with his animals in the pasture, was a perfect ending to our long adventure-filled days. On an island where scenic views abound, this was one not to miss. Thanks Keith for everything, we hope to be back!

40th Wedding Anniversary Trip
This home and property is stunning. It is more beautiful than the pictures. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary while there and Keith and Angela were so gracious to allow us to have a renewal ceremony on the property. Our son and daughter-in-law joined us and we really enjoyed being able to interact with their beautiful horses, Cisco, Christmas and sweet Tex. The goats, Pebbles, Miso and Camo were also fun to interact with. The serenity and calmness at the property is especially amazing at night viewing the stars and constellation’s. Angela and Keith are gracious and extremely helpful hosts. The home is stocked with everything that you could possibly need. We definitely plan another trip to this wonderful property!

Amazing Maui Escape
We had a fantastic time during our stay at Keokea Ranch. We only had a short stay and wish we had much longer to enjoy the amazing views and lovely house. The weather was beautiful and we spent a lot of time sitting outside to take in the incredible ocean views. It is so peaceful and quiet, we really only heard bird song while we were there. We were lucky enough to get some beautiful sunsets to finish off wonderful days. We enjoyed meeting and watching the horses, goats and sheep throughout the day. The house is very welcoming with beautiful furnishings and lovely artwork. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to use. The beds were all very comfortable. We hope to come back again because just a few days was not enough time to enjoy this fantastic place.

This home delivers on every level from the amenities provided, the upcountry location and stunning views that quite simply showcase the magic of Maui. The animals on site add an extra touch that made each day even more memorable. Owners are warm and welcoming and respectful of privacy while being available at a moments notice. We had an amazing time at this property. The views, privacy and amenities beats any 5-star hotels in Maui. Keith and Angie are super friendly and full of aloha sprite, they went out of their way to make sure our stay is comfortable as it can be, we felt right at home. My wife and I enjoyed watching the amazing sunsets and stars at night in the jacuzzi spa. Waking up to the sounds of birds and feel the tranquility. My girls enjoyed feeding the animals every morning and wanted to bring them home. You know the kids had a great time when my 5 year old is asking if we can come back next year. Of course we will!

Spectacular
Beautiful home, beautiful area of Maui few take time to explore. The home, the view, and the host are top notched. There is 160 degree view from the back of the house of Maui's southern Wailea and Kihei coastlines as well at the saddle of Maui and towards the north and all the nearby islands. Sunset were magnificent! The host was helpful every step of the way and immediately responsive. The home was well stocked with much more than one would expect of a "rental" My best advice, check in before you go to the grocery, if you intend to! Quiet to the point of serene and the horses, goats, and sheep were friendly and fun daily activity to visit and feed treats. Our family, included my husband, myself, and two adult children. Can't wait to visit again! Hot tubbing in the morning with that view and a cup of coffee, heavenly!

A little bit of magic...
From the moment we arrived to find fresh flowers, soft music, tiki torches around the beautifully lit pool and a fridge stocked with thoughtful items for breakfast and snacks, to the moment we left, our 12-day stay was nothing short of magic. Our memories and camera rolls are packed with evidence of the beauty and warmth that Keith and Angie have created while sharing this amazing property and hosting us so graciously. Whether they were answering questions about the local area, introducing us to the horses, sheep, goats and dogs, or delivering items to make our stay even more comfortable, they were there whenever we needed them and invisible when we didn't. We've been blessed to travel widely and stay in many beautiful homes, but Keokea Ranch Estate tops them all. If this property is available, book it. If it's not, consider moving your vacation dates - yes, it's that good.

5 Stars isn't enough - Dubbed our Oasis Home
We fell in love when booking due to the pics of home and view. The home far exceeds those pictures. Upon entering you will be blown away by it's beauty both inside and out. Walking in to piped in music and the welcome note left were just a few of the personal touches. Much like a private resort with bathrobes available yet the privacy of your own home. Kitchen is well equipped and plenty of spices and other staple items. Extra items were available from previous guests so if you must shop at Safeway, Walmart, Target or Costco before arriving shop the essentials of meat, dairy, veggies etc. Also pick up some carrots and apples, the animals love coming to the fence to be fed. The owners are top notch when it comes to communication. After arriving and looking around they text asking to come over to give a 10 min tour to show us how to work all the technical gadgets. Although they live next door we never saw them the entire time.. Complete privacy was given. You will NOT be disappointed if booking this property, we are actually leaving well rested and recharged it was so peaceful.

A luxury piece of heaven.... in paradise
I hesitate to write this review because I feel like it’s perfection should stay a secret but....after visiting MAUI numerous times throughout the years, this was by far my best experience! I’ve always stayed at the “high end” resorts but had no interest because of Covid, wanted to more privacy and to make our own meals, etc. That being said, I’m an avid hiker and animal lover so if all you wanna do is hang on the beach all day this may not be for you. But if you appreciate lush green rainforest views framed by the ocean and black lava rock that makes a filter look boring, privacy on another level, high end luxury with custom architectural features, close proximity to some of the most gorgeous hikes that North America offers and a property manager who’s attention to detail and assurances to help make your trip as enjoyable as possible, this property is for you. The sunrises, stars and sunsets are breathtaking and my daily petting of the adorable animals was such an added highlight! I’m an avid traveler yet I’m always ready to come home after my adventures… Not this time....I didn’t wanna leave! Thank you soo very much Angie and Keith for our magical stay at your beautiful property… We will be back, that’s for sure! Mahalo!
