🌺 The Island Surf is located in the Heart of South Maui. For guests that do not want to spend a fortune in hotel bills, but want a clean affordable place in a great location. Many guests feel no need to rent car. Speedi Shuttle runs from OGG to Island Surf.

You can walk to beautiful Charley Young Beach, 'The Cove" beach, Kalama Park has showers, picnic tables, bathrooms. Maui sunsets, surfers, whales when in season, enjoy looking for turtles along ocean paths. Next door to South Maui Gardens: 'Maui's Hidden Oasis' tropical setting with13 best food trucks, live entertainment, Luaus, Hula Shows, Comedy Shows & Farmers Market. Walk to “The Triangle”: South Maui‘s entertainment Center, live music, bars, local shopping and restaurants.

Two room studio, 270 sq ft, free WiFi, one queen bed, AC, Keurig coffee machine,, mini refrigerator, microwave & TV, No Kitchen.

Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, boogie boards, linens, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, copy of “Maui Revealed” for guest use.

Solar heated pool on 2nd floor/2 BBQs .

Next to South Maui Gardens: 13 food trucks - Luaus, Hula Shows, Farmers Market.

Walk to Foodland grocery, movie theater, Maui bus stop.

Nice room in a great location
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this property. The location was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, the gardens with the food trucks, and the lovely park across the street. Ligia’s suggestions for activities and instructions to get to and access the room were perfect. We appreciated the nice thoughtful touches and amenities provided.

The room was overall in great shape and clean. The host provided additional items such as beach towels and chairs. Although there’s no kitchen, the host has a microwave and refrigerator. The room was honestly a perfect fit for what we were looking for. The location is absolutely ideal and within walking distance to so many fun places to check out. The little touches the host has throughout the room was very much appreciated.

I had a great experience staying here! The unit was exactly as described and had everything I needed. The location was fantastic! Right across the street from the beach and walkable to restaurants, bars, shops and the grocery store. The host was also incredibly helpful, thoughtful and responsive.

Great get away spot
This property was ideal for our week on Maui. It was close to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean and came with all the amenities that we required, including beach chairs and towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards and coolers. It is small but since we spent every day out and about we were happy with it. Would consider staying there again.

Central location, easy access for food and beaches.
If you dont have a car, this is a great location. Close to food, bars and beaches. Plenty of activities close by. It is a studio without a kitchen, but we planned on eating out most days anyways. They had boogie boards and beach gear at the studio. The owner communicated extremely well. I would highly recommend staying here.

This place is perfect for a low budget Hawaiian vacation where your always on the go. We were able to utilize the beach stuff provided and walk down to the beach and use the grill by the pool to cook our own food. There were tons of walkable options for drinks and food in the area as well.

This is a simple place but has everything you need. Beach chairs, towels, and cooler were perfect for the beaches that are close for walking. The location is great for restaurants and bars nearby to enjoy. Also fantastic communication from our host! I would definitely recommend this place for a simple place, especially for a short stay. If you are staying longer, you might want a lanai with a view, but if you want a clean well-equipped room at a reasonable price, this is the place for you.
