Just installed split air-conditioning unit. Be comfortable with separate system for living and bedroom

Be in the surf or watch the surfers from your lanai. A casual walk to the Foodland grocery store and lots of restaurants. The park across the street offers tennis and basketball courts, a skate board park and roller skating oval along with a children's playground. It is also fun to watch the little leaguers or Pee Wee football. In the same building you can sign up for a scuba trip or class, rent a bike or go to the Deli for great local food. Right behind the complex is a hidden gem. The South Shore Garden with food at one end while you explore the natural setting of the garden.

The kitchen and living room are comfortable with views of the ocean and great sunsets. The kitchen has everything that you should need including spices and a rice cooker.

The bedroom has a queen size bed and extra TV.

A luxury hotel is $500.00 a night, gasoline $4.25 per gallon. Why not be comfortable, feel at home and save a bunch. Cook or BBQ if you want, OR go out with the money you save.

Tons of amenities. Loved the fact that the kitchen had pots, pans, utensils, and good appliances. Bed was so incredibly comfortable and we had good space and the lanai overlooked the local park and a spectacular view of the ocean especially at sunset. Great central location to Wailea (20 min drive), and about a 30 min drive to Kahului. Tons of food trucks for great meals are only a few mins walk. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

Amazing place, perfect location!
We love this condo so much that we came back to stay here again. We enjoyed the wonderful beach view from the lanai and appreciated supplies and pantry were well stocked. The cleaning crew did an amazing job and it was clean and organized when we arrived. The location is perfect as Island Surf is located at the heart of Kihei and only a close walk to meals and groceries!

Most well stocked VRBO we've ever stayed in. Had absolutely everything we needed from the kitchen appliances and supplies, to beach towels, laundry and more. Very clean, fantastic location close to beaches, surfing, shopping, and restraunts, pool, parking and beautiful sunsets. We'll be back!

We found this condo good value for the price. Had everything we needed and more. Nice and clean on arrival. Communication with Marian was A+. Close to shops and eating establishments. Would definitely stay again if ever back on Maui.

Pleasant stay with awesome location
Besides being a bit noiser than hoped, this was a great stay that was right in the middle of everything in Kihei. Liked being close to the beach, shops, and restaurants all in one go. Also the included amenities for the beach (umbrellas, chairs, etc) were useful. Host was veru helpful and responsive.

Very comfortable feels like home, great location - lots of eating places within walking distance & grocery store. Sit on the lanai in the morning to watch the surfers and at night to see the amazing sunset. Will definitely rebook here again.

This is our second time staying in this unit and we loved it, again!! The location is perfect for walking to Foodland, places to eat and Kalama Park, as well as watch surfing and all that is happening at Cove Park from the lanai! The unit is clean, comfortable and Marian is great to rent from!! Mahalo!!

Great location!
We really enjoyed our stay here so much! We loved sitting on the balcony especially in the morning watching the surfers and people watching in general. The food trucks right behind the property in the Gardens was so convenient as was walking to many choices for restaurants and shops! The beaches right on S Kihei were wonderful starting just steps across the street. We enjoyed having the pool also. The condo was spacious for just the two of us and had everything we needed and so much more. Super well equipped! We want to come back soon!

Vacation of a lifetime!!! The hosts thought of every detail to make our trip complete! Unit was perfect for 2 and very clean. The location was superb if you like to be busy and don’t mind traffic. Very busy area. Right near beaches, restaurants, food trucks, gardens, nightly activities! Whatever you want you can find from here!!!! And the price was right!

Beautiful sunsets
The property was quite roomy and the kitchen and unit was the best equipped condo/house that we have stayed at. Close to shopping and restaurants and right across the street from the beach. The street in front of the condo building can be a bit noisy in the early evening as people are heading out for the evening but it is quiet by eight. The bedroom is in the back of the unit, so you don't hear anything during the night.

Great location
The condo was exactly what we expected -- clean, basic, great location. We stayed at this condo for a week. We loved being right across the street from the perfect beginner surf/paddle board beach, as well as a great playground. The downside of the location is that there was quite a bit of noise from traffic and activity. However, the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My one suggestion would be to provide more hooks to hang towels and wet swimsuits inside the condo since the rules stipulate that these items cannot be placed on the lanai.
