1BR/1BA Peaceful , relaxing , affordable Tropical South Maui Condo.

Have a great vacation in our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium. This unit is located in South Kihei across from cove park, Charley young Beach, Kamaole 1,2 and 3, rated as one of the best all around beaches in Maui. You can safely swim ,surf, snorkel, picnic, walk, jog, play tennis and enjoy watching a dramatic ocean sunset. Also conveniently located within walking distance from restaurants, shops, markets, movie theater and entertainment.

Our Condo sleeps two persons with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The private Lanai overlooks the tropical gardens. the front of the condo gives access to a court yard full of Hawaiian plants and flowers with a swimming pool in the middle. Gas BBQ are located next to the pool. Parking for one car is free.

This condo also provides Air Condition with 12000 BTU AC located in the living room.
Tile floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, gas oven, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes and utensils. Linens, towels, phone, Free WIFI internet access is also provided. Beach equipment includes chairs, umbrella, beach towels. Keywords: Condominium

The perfect 1 br escape for my man and me! The apartment complex is just a few blocks from the beach and so many things within walking distance. This was a great 'base' for our Maui adventures. Would definitely stay again if/when we come back!

Wonderful stay in Kihei!
My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and bed was comfortable. We took advantage of the beach chairs almost every day. Check in was a breeze and we could not have asked for a better stay. Very affordable for the time of year too. Thank you!

Very neat condo
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything needed to spend time at the beach - chairs, towels, mats, slippers etc. Kitchen was well stocked as well and yhe location is unbeatable. Every Maui attraction was within 30 mts drive from the condo. 4 of us were able to comfortably sleep in the beds. and the balcony view facing the mountains and ocean was gorgeous. Will defenitely stay here again.

Good location. The appartement is big with a full furnished kitchen (but the ustensiles need some refreshing). The bedroom is nice with a dressroom, but the windows do not isolate enough. Overall, it’s great for few days.

perfect location
The condo was stocked with everything we needed- kitchen supplies, linens, beach supplies, and even things for entertainment. The condo is located across the street from a beach and a great beach with a tide pool is just down the street! It's also located within walking distance from some wonderful restaurants. Our personal favorites are Cafe O'Lei, Ami Ami grill, Maui Tacos, and Cinnamon Roll Fair. There are tons of other great restaurants and shops within a minute or two drive from the condo. All in all we had the best time staying here and would gladly go again!

Amazing!
This condo was super clean, great location off of the main South Kihei road (so didn't hear the traffic) but super close to Charley Young beach where there is great snorkelling, in particular at the south end, we saw so many turtles there! The host was very responsive with communication, and overall the condo was great. We did cook a few meals in the condo, everything you'd need was available, and we used the BBQ a couple of evenings as well; we didn't use the pool but the pool area looked very inviting, in particular for kiddos. Bed was comfortable, both bed and bath towels available, really everything we needed was there (with the exception of a beach cooler, we ended up buying one and bringing it home with us, and no boogie boards either, so I predict the owner will update his listing accordingly). Overall highly recommend!

An excellent base camp on Maui
If you are a single or couple with plans to be out and around Maui during the day, then this cozy, clean condo is great. It has lanai and kitchen window exposure to the breezes coming off the ocean a few hundred feet away, and the air conditioner cools it down well in just a short time. But the bedroom window faces the interior second-floor access walkway and the courtyard pool, so there was more noise and less privacy than one would dream of for their bedroom. The kitchen was immaculate and perfectly-stocked for cooking breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A grocery store is less than a half-mile away; a surf shop with lessons and rentals, and many enticing restaurants and bars are even closer. If your vacation plans are to hang out to catch rays and views, surf and body surf easy waves, read and write, and sip cocktails, then skip the rental car. If you want to get out and around, Kihei is an excellent base camp. The host provided two beach chairs and a beach umbrella, along with a beach mat. All came in handy for day trips to beaches around the island. I would gladly stay here again.

Great condo in ideal location
We stayed at this condo for 15 nights in Feb. 2024. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal, about a half block off of South Kihei Road so we found it nice and quiet. There are so many places within walking distance - beautiful Charley Young/Kam 1 Beach, ABC Store, Foodland and many restaurants. The lanai is lovely and very private, with a lush/green view, and you can see the West Maui Mountains. You get some lovely afternoon sun as well. We found the bed to be very comfortable and there was plenty of room in the closet and dresser drawers to completely unpack. The kitchen is small but functional and had a nice supply of non-perishables. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and big beach towels. The pool is great and there was always lounge chairs available. The laundry room (near BBQ area and pool) also came in handy. You can either download an app or use quarters. This condo is on 2nd floor and we had no trouble using the stairs (there are no elevators at this building). The owner is very responsive if you have any questions or problems. We would definitely stay here again!

Safe & Comfortable Stay in Kalama Terrace
Our condo was close to the beach, equipped with all that is needed (for kitchen, bath, beach trips, bed linens, flash light, lighter, threads for sewing etc.). Washer & Dryer available in ground floor. Power outage for half an hour one morning. We could still prepare coffee & breakfast as our unit had a gas stove. Upon arrival, we were not able to unlock the lock box to access the keys, we called the manager on the phone number provided. Pat Kean came immediately to help us out even though it was around 8:00pm. Lovely food trucks at walking distance. We did not use the BBQ or the pool areas as we were busy with tours. Good job guys! Thank you!

Enjoyed Our Stay!
We enjoyed our stay for the most part, though we personally found the bed to be uncomfortable and creaky every time one of us moved. But condo was very well equipped, especially in he kitchen which was appreciated as we prepared many of our own meals. Location is great, being just steps to our favorite Charlie Young Beach, and having access to beach chairs and umbrella was a nice touch. Good selection of restaurants and an excellent grocery store just a ten minute walk (but a LONG walk when carrying bak two bags of groceries!), making a car not always necessary, though we did eventually get a car from the excellent Kihei Rental Car, who not only picked us up at the condo but also provided free shuttle back to airport! They are also across the street from our new favorite restaurant, La Meme Baguette (highly recommended, as is Fabiani's (great pizza and Happy Hour). A small one-time only problem was finding unit when we arrived late at night as we did not know there are two buildings in the complex and of course we chose the wrong one first...do not think the occupants were too happy to be woken up! Also the noise from the construction site across the street and the garbage trucks at the crack of dawn was at times disturbing, but obviously nothing that could be done about it, But overall the condo met our expectations and think we would go back, especially with a new bed!!!
