"The standard of your breakfast is poor No more signboards as to what is in each silver heated breakfast servers. There were fruit flies at the spout of the fresh orange juice maker. One orange above this machine was broken open and rotting. The staff took NO INTEREST in service at all. Eg When the cheese plate was empty it was not replaced. The staff are not trained to actively remove empty plates from tables. They only do so once the diners have left. The whole experience was far poorer...

"The bedroom was clean but the accommodation is basic. I did not expect much for the price paid. But I did expect a quiet environment, which was not. Throughout the night, loud voices from the reception of what sounded like fights among customers and management, swearing etc while upstairs loud sex throughout the night. Makes one think of what business goes on there. Smoking indoors. Having said the above, the management refunded me fast the second night booked, with thanks. "
