"It was perfect for our large family. A fire to play games by at night. Fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals for our large group with plenty of seating. Laundry facilities. Plenty of warm comfortable beds. Gabi was a wonderful host and made sure we felt welcomed and had all that we needed. The village was charming with a wonderful backerei for daily brotchen runs. Would highly recommend!!"

"Wir waren in dieser Unterkunft über Pfingsten mit 13 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und 2 Babys. Lage ist okay, das Haus ist jedoch nicht zu empfehlen. Über 2600 Euro haben wir für 3 Nächte gezahlt, was leider nicht gerechtfertigt war. Folgendes mussten wir bemängeln: -Geschirrspülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt -Keller war voller Müll/ kaputter Möbel -am Billardtisch fehlte 1 Kugel -1 Queue war kaputt -Spinnweben an jedem Fenster -defekte Tür durch die es 3 Tage lang gezogen hat -Licht im Ofen...

To have ones own well water was a real treat & the owners were delightful & very easy to communicate with. "The apartment was clean and beautifully situated, the reception was friendly. We managed well with the english-german language differences. This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. We were sorry to leave as there was so much more to enjoy and see. The German /Austrian Alps were enthralling."

"Toll designtes Hotel, leider ohne eigenes Frühstück. To go Kaffee im empfohlenen Lokal im gleichen Gebäude war an dem Tag nicht möglich. Im Zimmer durchgehend laute Belüftung, was die Nachtruhe etwas stört. Stadtzentrum ist in 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel und ein schöner Aufenthalt. "
