"The Regency Inn is located on the previous property of a motel 6. Which means it’s renovated and ready guest. I stayed one night and it was very peaceful and located in a safe area. "Man at the front desk told me my room didn’t have a TV but he would let me not have a deposit. I told him I couldn’t not have a TV in my room and he said oh we have another one and your hotel is nonrefundable anyways there were roaches, no towels no remote control dirt everywhere. It was disgusting. I didn’t even sleep in there. There was hair and dirt in my bed. There was poop all around the toilet. My door wouldn’t latch all the way it looks like somebody kicked it in there were people outside...

"This place is a dive. Smelled like smoke everywhere even in non-smoking room. Dumpster in the lobby? Sheets did not look washed had holes in them and 2 cockroaches in our room. Yuk!"

"The house was clean and spacious. There were more than enough beds for our group and everything was really comfortable and fun. A couple things that were inconvenient but fixable was the shower door was off track or broken, so you had to wrestle it open and closed and one of the bedroom doorknobs came off when opened. Other than that, it was nice and in a good neighborhood."

"The house was so cozy with all its little sitting areas. I was there for work and it was nice to have a desk to set up at so I could get some things done before and after going to meetings. The location made for easy access to downtown, good restaurants, and the highway when it was time to leave. I took my dogs and they loved the backyard. My oldest did his best to find an escape route, but was unsuccessful."
