The Space:
The apartment is on the ground floor and can be easily accessed. Our spacious living/dining room and kitchen area is the heart of the home and allows all guests to enjoy the social space together. There is Sky TV so you can binge your favourite programmes, if you desire. The well-equipped kitchen includes what you need for a nice break and more. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and more. We have provided you with a full range of utensils, crockery, and glassware so if you fancy a night in you can create a home for home dinner. There is also a utility cupboard which is home to a dryer and other items such as the iron and a hairdryer. The bathroom is in the hallway of the apartment and accessible from all areas. This modern bathroom has a bath, a toilet, a sink, and a shower over the bath. We provide hand soap and body wash as well as towels for each guest. Bedroom 1 (Master) offers a luxurious bed and has patio doors leading to the garden. There is plenty of drawers and wardrobe space. The second bedroom is also a double. The room has a cupboard for your clothes.
The garden is a great place to enjoy the fresh air. The area can be accessed through the door in the Master Bedroom. There is an ash tray situated outside where used cigarettes must be placed and it should be noted that there is no smoking inside the apartment.
Guest Access:
There is one designated free parking space in front of the apartment. There is also on-street parking on the quiet road directly outside the property. You will receive a code before arrival to enable access.
The Neighborhood:
Begbroke lies approximately 6 miles North of Oxford and is just under 2 miles from the historic market town of Woodstock. It is also in close proximity to neighbouring village of Yarnton. There is also a church, village hall, chemist, doctor’s surgery, supermarket/post office, petrol station, pub, restaurant and garden centre. A more comprehensive range of shops and recreational amenities is available in nearby Summertown, Woodstock and Kidlington.
Getting Around:
There is a regular bus service to Oxford (S3) with the M40 within 10 miles, giving access to London and The Midlands. The new Oxford Parkway railway station in Water Eaton Kidlington (c3 miles) provides easy access to London Marylebone in approximately 55 mins. Other nearby stations are at Oxford City centre (c5 miles) and Bicester (c10 miles) - London 60 mins approx.
