"We were visiting NW Missouri for my mom's birthday and were resigned to staying at a Comfort Inn before finding this gem on VRBO. A charming, well appointed home for which the owners took great care decorating and stocking for guests. The host went above and beyond to give us a tour and history of the farm, mom couldn't have been more delighted. I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling in the area. Thank you to Webb Cattle Company and to the Webb family that made us feel welcome."

"The rooms are nothing fancy, and the exterior isn't much to look at, but my room and the property interiors were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I didn't use the pool, but both the pool water and surrounding area also looked clean. The staff were friendly as well. I was traveling with my cat, and it was nice not to have to pay extra for pet fees. Overall a great place for a reasonably priced overnight stop."

"We had 7 women who stayed here comfortably. We did move furniture around to set up two cutting stations, 2 pressing stations, and seven machines. The house has a lot of charm. Our favorites were the love letters display from WW 2, the yellow swing, and the Harry Potter mini doored bathroom. The older women were so happy to have a bathroom on the main floor. The floors were a bit slick so we had to be barefoot or shoes at all times. We had a few minor concerns but the host responded quickly. The location is perfect for MO star or other small towns like Jamesport. Several ladies walked to and from the quilt stores. We were there during a heatwave, but the air conditioners kept up. We would stay here again."

"This was a girls trip with my daughters, mom and 3 aunts. The house was quiet and located in the country (do your grocery shopping before you get to the house). The kitchen is well stocked and large. We added the leaf to the table for our larger party. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and spices for cooking. The washer and dryer worked great. We will definitely stay here again on our next quilt trip to Hamilton. Thank you Dyana for the delicious home baked bread at check in. Great property!"
