Spectacular 1 Bedroom, Oceanfront Villa! BRAND NEW RENOVATION!!

This is an 800 sq ft, ocean front, 1 bedroom/1 bath villa just steps away from the beach for a great escape! This property is on the first floor of an oceanfront building with a private deck with steps down to the ground where you can immediately step onto the boardwalk to the beach. It offers ocean views on the deck, off of the open living area and from the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz counter tops and high end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens into the dining and living areas. The living area is large and roomy with a large chaise sectional sleeper sofa. There are beautiful wide-planked, gray textured wood floors throughout. The bedroom includes a King Bed with memory foam topper and a second TV. You enter the huge spa-like bathroom through French doors from the bedroom and are able to enjoy the large walk-in shower with bench, rain shower head, large shower head and a hand shower. There is also a third TV in the bathroom. This villa can accommodate up to 4 guests with the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The sleeper sofa also has a memory foam topper for your comfort. Also included is wireless internet to help you stay connected during your stay, washer and dryer, and free Netflix access. Nespresso Vertuoplus coffee and espresso machine plus frother available upon request.

Note is made that from Dec 1 2024 to end of February 2025, there is going to be revitalization work on the outside of building.

Perfect getaway vacation
The Villa was very clean, and who ever did the update on the Remodeling did a great job of utilizing the space to make the layout seem way bigger than it was. We had everything needed to make our stay wonderful. The check in and check out was very easy. Great location, steps from the beach right out the back door, and within just a few minutes of some great restaurants, I highly recommend the Jasmine Porch! Will definitely be back!

Great spot on the beach. Quiet with nice views, both sunset and sunrise, this time of year. Lovely extra blankets to snuggle under. Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans and starter oils and salt and pepper. Would definitely stay again!

A fantastic weekend
This place is awesome! They thought of everything! It was so comfortable and spacious. We went for the weekend but could have easily stayed the week. The manager was so accommodating and very easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend!

The condo was immaculate with all of the necessities. It was great to be right next to the beach path. The only warning is that it’s on the first floor so views were limited (didn’t bother us) and there was no dryer (also not a problem for us). We would totally book again!

The condo was lovely and just as it was described. Updated and comfortable. Great location just steps away from the beach. A quiet setting, but close to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. A very nice stay for two newly empty nesters!! We will return.

Gorgeous Villa and Great Location
My husband and I booked this villa for our 30th wedding anniversary. The place was clean and beautiful with an ocean view and just steps to the beach. It is also close to the Sanctuary where we had lunch. There are bikes close by to rent also. Beach towels and chairs were also provided. The owner answered all our questions immediately and was so nice. We will definitely book again. We loved it.

Perfect condo in Kiawah!
Everything about this condo was amazing. First and foremost the communication with the owner was top notch! I reached out a few times before we arrived to ask questions and he responded within the hour every time! Everything from the quality of the furniture, quality of the linens/towels, items in the kitchen, and more was exceptional. The location can not be beat- steps from the beach. I have stayed in several VRBOs in the past and this one was one of the best. It’s such a cute, updated space and perfect for a beach getaway. Really enjoyed our stay!

This condo is steps away from the beach. I am a picky traveler, and this was a GREAT stay, we will be back! - Ron is very helpful and follows up right- away - BED is so comfortable you will not want to get up! - Shower is huge with multiple shower heads - Couch in living room is great for family movie watching - Kitchen has everything you need - You can see sun rise and sun set from the porch Truely a great visit for use everything was easy, just the way a vacation should be! Kiawah is great
We always enjoy staying on Kiawah, and this property was close to the beach and other sites of interest. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. As noted in one of the previous reviews of this property, there is a slight odor of some kind in this condo. We could leave the windows open due to the cool weather, and this overcame the smell. Not sure exactly what it is. Besides that, everything worked out fine, and we had an enjoyable stay.
