Welcome to Kiawah! Enjoy this recently renovated two bedroom two bath villa for your next Kiawah vacation. This villa is located within a 3 minute walk of the beach. Relax on the porch and watch as the golfers come down the 16th hole of the Cougar Point Golf Course.

This two bedroom villa has a king size bed in the primary bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, the second bedroom has a shower/tub combo. Perfect for a kids bath after a day at the beach. The kitchen is also recently updated and is fully equipped. Sweeping views of the golf course can be enjoyed from the kitchen table, living room and primary bedroom. When it is time for the beach, follow the bike trail from the back door and it will lead you right to it without having to cross a road.

Kiawah Island offers the finest in golf, tennis, and natural beauty on the East Coast. Kiawah was rated the happiest seaside town for 2012 by Coastal Living magazine. Kiawah was voted #1 island by Conde Nast readers and Charleston was voted #1 city in America by Conde Nast for the fourth year in a row.

We enjoyed staying on the Island and being on the golf course. The unit was clean and well-equipped. It’s super close to the beach and shopping. The only issue is there were no check-in / check-out instructions other than the code to get in.

This property was nicely located close to the beach and along a golf course. The view was nice from the back deck and the walk/bike ride to the beach were quick and easy. Kiawah beaches are amazing. This property had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. We will be back.

The condo was perfect for the weekend. We were there for a wedding and the location made it easy to navigate from venue to venue. Lovely view of the golf course, and a short walk to the gorgeous beachfront. All was immaculate and everything needed was provided, even beach chairs.... Would definitely stay there again. A plus.

Very nice and quiet place came down for a golf tournament on Friday stayed the weekend with my family did rain most of the time, but still got out on the beach found some sand dollars. Definitely gonna come back when we can stay longer and it’s a little bit warmer and drier.

New Year Get Away
As always, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Kiawah. The villa was exceptionally clean and appeared to be recently renovated. The well equipped Kitchen contained everything we needed to prepare our meals. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching golfers, riding bikes and walks on the beach. We would definitely stay in this villa again.

We were attending a wedding at The Sandcastle, right across the parking lot. Could not have been more convenient to the event, the beach as well as trails that connect all the way to Freshfields Village. Villa was very clean, well equipped and decor very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Great escape for golfing!
We had a good long weekend stay. Condo was great, had everything we needed. Our friends would have liked a portable fan in their bedroom, and I would have liked a larger Mr. Coffee. Due to weather conditions, we spent a lot of our time in the car exploring the area. The condo had helpful info on the area.The beach was nice, but the focus of the island was golf.

Nice location on golf course. Views to fairway were very nice. Main bathroom had nice marble countertop. But Glasses, dishes and silverware all dirty. Dishwasher doesn’t work. Cheapest coffee maker possible and dirty. Manager didn’t know as to what coffee makers were on the property. 1970’s era condo with inexpensive sheets and linens. With just a little more effort it could be nice.
