4470 Windswept Villas is a wonderful, completely updated and beautifully maintained 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom Kiawah Island villa just steps from the ocean in East Beach Village. A short walk or bike ride and you’re soaking up the sun, teeing off on world-class golf courses and enjoying family friendly island activities on Kiawah.

This first floor villa features an open plan layout with beautiful white oak flooring, On entry there’s a chef's delight kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertop and seating. This opens to a dining area for 4 and down to the living area with cozy interiors, a flat screen TV for entertainment, custom cabinetry and an office nook to work from the beach, if essential! The living area opens to a delightful deck overlooking park-like surroundings - all just steps to the beach.

This Windswept Woodland Suite comfortably accommodates 2 guests. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and luxury bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and custom vanity with a granite countertop. The master suite opens to the deck. Upgrades to this luxury Kiawah villa include a separate half bath for guest convenience, added storage, plantation shutters, columns and lighting.

Great location, renovated unit. Furnishings are very dated - sofa in living room is extremely uncomfortable & faded, it really needs to be replaced. The bed linens are also dated & the bedskirt looks sloppy in the bed.

Windswept 4470 - very clean but air was musty. Sofa and chair cushions in LR looked worn.
Convenient location - loved The Nest. Found shells on the beach. Everything smelled musty - even our clothes after we left. Had to leave a day early due to feeling bad — allergies and odor was irritating.

My husband and I found this unit to be perfect for our stay in Kiawah. It was extremely clean and nicely updated. The decor was very tasteful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was beyond amazing. The location of the unit makes The Nest and Night Heron Park so accessible, along with the beach. We will be back!!

The property was located in a pristine community. I was able to golf, bike, run, walk, go on nature and botanical trails, and swimming is available if you have that triathlete in you!!! There were opportunities to view dolphins, boat charters and rentals within the island area. Point to note... Order your bikes before you go. There are many rentals on the island.. Alligator Bike had Locks, Helmets and more. alligator bike.com. (I have no financials or affiliations with the business and I held harmless, if you choose to use the company based on a friendly handoff from a positive experience) The home was a great base camp for the conference I attended. The villa has an active wifi network, desk area to work and comfortable points to study from the living room, kitchen dining, and outdoor patio. Or you can pack a few items and walk to the Night Heron Park to find benches and picnic tables. The Sleeping quarters and en suite shower room were spacious and comfortable. The window views were of the walking paths and the parking lots (nicely camouflaged by greenery). However, a few books or quiet time ruminating on life on the patio or near an open window will allow the sounds of nature to resonate in your soul.

Absolutely amazing!!!
We had a wonderful vacation and plan to go back next year. The island is beautiful, quiet, just lovely. Our condo was clean and cozy. Loved having a kitchen, washer/dryer and porch. We wanted to stay an extra night but I did not receive a response to my email? I’m not sure why, the property was available and communication was great until then. I could have called but we made other arrangements. I would definitely rent this property again. Thank you!
