Located adjacent to the Sanctuary & walking distance to the Town Center Marketplace - Tennis Club 4654 has hardwood floors throughout, granite counters, stainless appliances and is beautifully designed. Two flat screen HD TVs, 350 channels, free WIFI & USB outlets in kitchen and behind bedroom nightstands for easy phone charging. Screened porch is wonderful for relaxing and has privacy curtains. The villa has a King bed and a new Queen sleeper w/gel foam mattress, accommodating up to 4 guests and allows parking for 2 cars. A 10 minute walk to beach access is wonderfully convenient and the family dog is welcome! Snowbirds welcome!

The vacation rental property includes parking, 24 hour security in gated community, central air conditioning, HD cable TV w/soundbar, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
