Overlooking the picturesque coastline of Kiama and only a short stroll along Kiama Coastal walk to Easts Beach, “The Beach” is a stunning holiday rental property offering the perfect blend of modern comfort with coastal charm.


This family-friendly haven boasts 3 bedrooms plus rear living room sofa bed , undercover outdoor areas, 2.5 bathrooms with sleeping for up to eight guests promises a truly memorable getaway for you, your loved ones and pets. This quiet location is perfect for a great nights sleep.



Breathtaking views North/East to the Ocean and North/West over East’s Beach are spectacular. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be captivated by the uninterrupted vistas of the sparkling ocean, golden sandy beach, rugged cliffs, and farmland backdrop.


Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or savouring a glass of wine at sunset, the panoramic views truly take your breath away.

One of the standout features of this coastal retreat is the incredible outside entertaining area. Designed with your enjoyment in mind to soak up the views, it boasts a barbecue and Indoor/outdoor dining area and terrace garden.



Decorated in a casual coastal style with open plan living-dining and kitchen with the living room spilling out to a large deck with outdoor table and chair setting plus ground floor rear Pergola area furnished with table and chairs, lounge chairs and gas barbeque and spectacular ocean and coast line views.


On arrival, take time to enjoy the magnificent views and location. Once inside relax with a choice of Telstra on demand TV with Netflix, Stan, Disney, Prime and Paramount streaming services.


We provide sheets, pillows and doonas, towels, beach towels, shampoo/ conditioner, soap and the pantry is stocked with basics such as salt / pepper, paper towel, cooking oil, tea, coffee etc.


Accommodation is most suitable for a family of up to 8 or two families consisting of 2 adults and 1 or 2 children, or more simply just two couples. With 3 bedrooms, one with King double, the other Queen double with TV and Ensuite and 3rd with double bunks and large single sofa bed.

Additionally the smaller rear family room is equipped with a pull-out double Sofa bed. This room includes a gas log fire place (perfect for a cosy winter escape), fridge, kettle and microwave plus full width glass bifold doors leading out to the pergola area.
 


Perfectly situated to capture amazing views of East beach, Pacific Ocean and surrounding coastline country side (French Rivera meets lush European country side). Watch Whales and Dolphins pass by whilst sipping a wine enjoying the amazing unobstructed sweeping views.


Take a walk along the renowned Coastal Track which you can start at our front gate. Walk South to Gerringong or North (past the little blowhole) to Kiama, the blowhole, cafes, restaurants and gift stores. 



The surrounding area has much to explore with amazing vineyards, bush walks, beaches and quaint village townships.

Things to do nearby:-

Relax by the sea, beaches in the area are amazing, starting with Easts Beach at the front door and other surf beaches such as Main beach, Kendell’s beach, Bombo, "the farm”, and Werri beach.

Explore and enjoy the gorgeous estuaries such as Minnamurra and Gerroa, both of which are perfect for stand-up paddle boards and families and great picnic areas or
visit one of many local wineries for a tasting or lunch/ dinner at the restaurants on site.


Jambaroo Water Park is fun for the whole family, a great place to cool off during summer.

Minamurra rainforest is close by to enjoy a mystical walk to its beautiful waterfalls.


Saddleback Mountain lookout is also close by and has a lovely scenic walk with the most amazing ocean and Country side views.



Berry is now only 15 minute drive on the newly opened highway. Berry boasts a mecca of cafes, gift stores and the popular Berry Markets which host up to 200 stalls and held on the first Sunday of every month.



Locally there are gift stores, many restaurants, including Vietnamese, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Thai, Local cuisines and Seafood, a great variety of cafés and the list goes on.

Seaside markets are held at beautiful Black Beach in Kiama on the third Sunday of the month and local Farmers Markets held every Wednesday afternoon in Main Beach park.


Jamberoo / Kangaroo Valley has gift stores, cafes and a great local pub. You can find freshwater swimming holes, canoeing and bushwalking in this area.

If you’re an experienced bushwalker try the Tabletop mountain walk inland from Berry.

SPECTACULAR Views
We had a lovely weekend in Kiama with our 2 small pups (with permission from Leon). What SPECTACULAR views of the South Pacific Ocean from the garden area of this home. We enjoyed our sunset coastal walk right outside the premises (bring hiking boots as it got rather muddy for us), waking up to the warm sunshine, looking out into the horizon over the grassy area from the outside pergola & listening to the crashing waves. Kitchen was well stocked if you decide to stay in & cook / BBQ. We found the master bedroom / bathroom (the one with the king bed) to be a bit on the petite side but comfortable. Upstairs living room, dining & kitchen are all very spacious. AND did we mention THAT VIEW! Thanks, Leon, for the early check-in / late check-out options. We had a fun adventure in Kiama and hope to be back soon.

Amazing & relaxing views.
Fabulous accommodation for its vast ocean views. One could never tire of that. Great outdoor options to relax in as there are two levels with great views from both which have dining & seating furniture. We had our small dog with us who loved it. Very secure enclosed (which we’re always particular about), great, big outdoor undercover area for our dog to sleep/shade in. The photos made it look like a much bigger back grass area, however the smaller area still worked well for our needs. Once again, the views were outstanding. Well equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances; additional pantry items above the basics were available for our use; beach & spare bathroom towels. Everything was made easy and very welcoming Thank you also Leon who made our check in so smooth and welcoming. We really appreciated that plus the very generous gourmet welcome package. Location was fabulous though you causally need a car to get into the main town of Kiama, unless you enjoy the challenge of hill walking. I would definitely go back again. Thank you again Leon for a beautiful long & relaxing weekend.
