"It was an extremely relaxing atmosphere, staff were very friendly and helpful. There were multiple things to do and the accommodations were great. My only addition would be in room coffee. There was a hot water pot, but no beverage package."

"The hotel was very spacious, close to the resort cafe and reception and within walking distance to the riverbed and sanctuary. It had good amenities with a large outdoor shower with shower gel/ shampoo and toilet paper. In the bed room there was bottled water and kettle for teas or coffees, homemade mosquito repellent and soap bar, there was also a hair dryer and a mosquito net which was an extra bonus. The resort offer free shuttle to the riverbed however we walked down and made our way over to the sanctuary it was amazing to see the elephants roaming around with the designated handlers who were so friendly despite the language barrier for some. Overall an amazing experience and would definitely come back again. "
