"Had an amazing weekend at Palmera! Check in staff was kind and efficient. The bar staff was not attentive, I was often ignored but it didn’t bother me too much as I wasn’t in a hurry. Unfortunately, there were many extra charges and add ons that I was not made aware of. Many guests and I complained about the fact that we paid for all inclusive, yet most things were not included. A bit disappointed about that, a simple note on the property details would have sufficed. Regardless, the food was delicious and the vibes were great! The kitties were my favorite part! I would come back, but only after April 1st, when everything opens for the season. "

"Fantastic stay at Nana Princess Suites. We stayed in a private pool room with an ocean view. We had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. This hotel provides the highest level of attention to detail and service. One of our favorite stops in Greece. We stayed in the bed and breakfast special, and paid for our dinners which were reasonably priced. We enjoyed the private pool, ocean view, and room service options (try the American breakfast special!). An overall great stay. "

"Just had 5 nights at this hotel (late October) and it was wonderful. Busy enough to feel part of something, quiet enough so that there were no queues at all for food (which was plentiful, varied and delicious) and plenty of space in every area (poolside, restaurants, etc). Room was comfy, pools were lovely (if a little cold), sun loungers were plentiful, staff were great (my daughter and I did sunset yoga every day - bliss) and only a 25 minute taxi ride from Heraklion Airport. Deserves every one of it's 4 stars."

"All staff were first class, Stefanos the Restaurant Manager was five star and personable in attendance to us and it was a joy to chat with him. The pools are all amazing and accessible beach made the stay enjoyable."

"Lovely hotel, main pool quite busy but the private beach was amazing with great beach bar and chilled music. We avoided the buffet and had incredible food at both the Cretan restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the Italian for dinner. Charming staff, just needs a minor rethink in bathroom as shower was narrow due to placement of soap holder. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend and return "
