I booked 3 rooms on Expedia and paid for them, but when we got to hotel we were told that one of the rooms was overbooked, and then they were trying to make us pay again for the room.There was no parking available for us. At the restaurant the table cloths were very dirty, the servers were extremely slow. Overall it was a horrible experience.

Hotel is good and near metro. Nice boutique hotel with good staff. Only bad part is restaurant is overpriced, strange workers and slow service. They made me pay seperate bills for alcohol, food, and city taxi upon check out causing massive credit card fees and were really arrogant about it.

Great Stay
The Iris Hotel in Kharkiv was a great choice, the location is just a half a block to the Metro, making it quite quick and easy to get to City Center, the staff without exception have been beyond a delight to deal with as they are most friendly and all deliver excellent service! I had a problem at check in regarding my reservation, but the front desk staff quickly settled everything in a quick and pleasing fashion and since that first little stumble everything has been excellent!

Beautiful Hotel, but....
Enjoyed my stay at Iris Art Hotel very clean, friendly helpful staff, great service. Would certainly recommend it. One drawback,band it is quite big, if you book to stay make sure you ask for a room AWAY from the lift shaft. I have never known a lift to be so noisy. Bangs when it starts, bangs twice when it stops. This can be very disturbing in the early hours. So be warned, but its still a lovely hotel.
