In my room, there was no shampoo provided. I have to go and ask for it. The heat was not working the first day, I have to sleep under two blankets and fully dressed. Although, they fixed it on the second day of my stay. The towels are so used that they are not white anymore because they are old and washed too many times. No tea kettle...
