"this Taj Chandigarh property needs to get an upgrade to its rooms and bathrooms. Also, there should be a loyalty programme as other hotels have which give us additional benfots for coming back again. We get none."

"This property is a great property to stay at. The check in process was easy and efficient. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and the bathroom facilities were very good. Nice showers. The restaurant offered a wide variety of foods for breakfast. The restaurant offered a excellent setting to enjoy breakfast. Arachana in the restaurant was very pleasant and accomomoding. The checkout process was great and the area offered uber services of which we availed the service to the local airport. Overall would highly recommend staying here and would be more then pleased to stay here again. "
