All the staff are really knowledgeable and forthcoming when it comes to the knowledge of their area, wither its about the attractions or even the weather, they are helpful. Great food at the Pub, Cascades breakfast is delicious and the bakery has tge best Spice Chai Latte in town."

"We stayed in Snowman 4 just after the winter season ended to do the Mount Kosciuszko hike. The hike was fantastic. We really enjoyed the quietness of the village. And the apartment was the perfect base to chill out and watch the storm roll past afterwards. Absolutely recommend staying at this place."
