"We arrived to find no one in Reception at 5pm, and only a number to call. Annoying after a 3 hour trip. There was no working wifi, although they said they had it, and only a cold shower. Torture. Very simple room. Two beds, nowhere to put our things - no closet, no shelving. For $200 a night that's not acceptable. "

"High quality accommodations, extremely comfortable and well equipped. We stayed at the suite room that had a separate bedroom. Location was on the top of a hill with views of the valley and the Gilboa hills. Beautiful short hiking trails right near the room. Room was very clean and inviting. The best spa hotel in Israel

"This spa hotel is absolutely magnificent, starting with its location featuring natural views, beautiful landscapes, and herb gardens. The tasteful interior design, blending rustic and modern/classic elements, creates a wonderful ambiance. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the entire place is spotless. The hotel's restaurant offers an enormous variety of dishes in a welcoming buffet style. This was our second stay, and it has become our top choice for a vacation spot in Israel. The only disappointment was the limited TV entertainment options, which included only basic channels and no VOD."
