"Never received check in info. Did not pick up phone when i called . Luckily the doorman helped us get in contact with owner . There were no sofabed as in description and the regular beds are hardly meant for more than one. Mattress are just like hard foam. There was no hot water for the shower most of the time . And only handheld in the normal one. Internet was down the entire time which means that TV did not work either . 🙄 no Hangers in the closet . And not enough toilet paper and tissue for...

"Amazing place for families. Pastoral property with big apartments and green areas. The pool is really good for both children and adults. Breakfast is rich and served to the room, it was really nice to eat it as picnic. The people in reservation desk are nice but service has limited open hours "

Towells and room cleaning was provided every other day or three days. the building is old and can use paint and the furniture is torn up. The location is great, right in the middle of best part of Tel Aviv."
