Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy the extra insect's coming through the window a/c units. My son is sensitive to insect bites and got a good spider bite during the night. Pans could use an update."

"The hillside house is in the northside of Rapid City on a quiet street. We had quick and easy commutes to downtown, SD Mines campus, and restaurants. The house was spacious and clean. The house had all the cooking supplies we needed to prepare meals. Cupboards were labeled which was convenient. Each floor had a large living room area with a TV and plenty of seating. Communication with the host was great and he responded quickly. I would rent again and would recommend this house to others. "

The house has so much character and has been modernly updated with any and all conveniences a person could want or need. The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living space so comfortable as well. Backyard space and hot tub was perfect. Our dog, who was a good sport having to be in the car so long loved running in the fenced yard. Our host was great to work with...

"We were in town for my susters wedding and the house was perfect for the 2 of us. There was construction that we didnt know about at the time of booking but, was offered a duplex that we denied because we didnt want a shared house. It was fine parking in the church parking lot and the construction crew was actually very nice! I would stay there again!"
