This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The balcony overlooks the hot tubs, so it's easy to see when they're empty. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The homeowner has also provided a selection of board games for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers views of the courtyard and hot tubs, so you have the convenience of seeing when it's your turn to soak those muscles after a long day of outdoor adventures.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four. The full bathroom features a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV.

Great location, more storage than average!
This property is in a fantastic location. I particularly enjoyed the well thought storage space options. There were extra hooks for wet clothes in the bathroom, lots of entry hooks and plentiful places to stash clothes.

Disappointing Stay
Upon arrival in River Run, all looked clean until we entered the bedroom. We were welcomed with an opened condom wrapper on the floor by the bed. Living room screen was off and on the roof below us, hot tub was luke warm, sauna didn't work with knobs missing, toilet ran consistently all day/night. Screen was the only issue addressed. After our complaints HOA offered us a new room at the Dakota bldg which we said YES but then they didn't follow through. 3 days later after we returned home we got a call and was given only a $25 reimbursement. So disappointed, we were there to celebrate an anniversary and expected more from River Run HOA. We wont be back nor will our family or friends. Better to stay at a motel 6.

The condo was perfect for two. Great location to mountain and resort restaurants. It would've been nice to check in at property rather than another site but it worked out fine. Great and quick communication with property management. Since the living room is right above common area (pool table area), it was a little noisy when trying to sleep. Overall, great stay and would stay again.

My husband and I love to stay at Keystone and this unit on the second floor of the Silver Mill building has a beautiful view of distant ski hills and the courtyard with hot tubs from the second story balcony. It is just steps away from the River Run Village with shops and restaurants. It has a well-stocked kitchen and laundry facilities on the 4th floor. The only complaint we have about this unit is that the sofa and loveseat are very uncomfortable and need replacing!

Easy walk to gondola
My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this one bedroom condo. Property was clean and maintained. Check in process was simple. Condo had all the amenities as listed. The condo is on the second floor and overlooks the hot tubs and courtyard. We had plenty of space. Our morning walks to the gondola were an easy and short stroll taking less than five minutes. This was a plus as we could break from snowboarding anytime for lunch and go back to the condo to make food instead of packing it with us. Plenty of shops and eateries nearby in the village. The underground parking was excellent. Since we brought our own groceries we had no reason to leave during our four night stay. I recommend this property and would return again.

Arriving during the day to pick up your gear isn’t advised since the room isn’t available until 4-4:30pm, unless you don’t mind sitting in the outdoor court yard with your luggage and gear waiting for time to pass. The property manager offered up no alternative solution.

This was a great place to stay, really close to the ski lifts and everything else Keystone has to offer. My only problem was the office to pick up the keys to the place was half a mile down the road, only inconvenience.

Perfect location!
This place had the most perfect location in town! It was my first time snowboarding so being right by the gondola’s was much needed! The only problem was to check in we had to go to a different place like 5 minutes away to get the keys which was a little inconvenient, and the wifi modem wasn’t even on so we were not able to connect to wifi the whole trip.. but besides that I couldn’t have picked a better spot! Thank you so much!

This was a quick hiking getaway for me and a friend. The unit was in very good shape overall. There was some minor staining of the carpet and average wear and tear on the furniture. I felt for the location and ease those few small details do not need to lower my rating as overall the process was seamless and we were very happy. I felt for a smaller unit, the kitchen was better stocked with cooking equipment than most houses I have rented (even had a crock-pot). The views were awesome, and the balcony overlooked the hot tub. As other reviews stated, we could see if it was empty before we went down. I will most likely be returning and renting again!
