Welcome to our cozy Springs - 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Condominium at The Springs Condominiums. Located just steps from the River Run Gondola and Village, this condo is perfect for couples or small families looking for a convenient and comfortable mountain retreat.

• We assure our valued guests that as the new Kindred Resort develops during the 2023-2025 seasons, we are committed to minimizing any potential disruptions.
• Resort Fee: 13% of stay (taxable) covering reservations fee, housekeeping, departure fee and in-room amenities will be applied to each reservation and needs to be paid upon check in.
• Parking: One parking spot included in resort fee per reservation.
• Crib: Available for $25 per stay
