Brand New Luxury Townhome/Private Hot Tub/Private Patio

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 4 and features a brand new private hot tub overlooking the river! The Seasons at Keystone is a new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone. The living area features beautiful wooded views, a gas fireplace, and radiant floor heating. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and new appliances. The breakfast bar seats four. The bathroom is just off the main living area and features granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is a private laundry area off of the kitchen. The primary bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, lots of light, and an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed and flat screen TV. After a long day on the slopes, relax in the private outdoor hot tub that offers beautiful views! The location is desirable with all of Keystone’s attractions close by, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet whenever you’re ready to relax. The Seasons at Keystone offers shared amenities including a hot tub, steam room, and grills. The Seasons at Keystone is about a 10 minute walk to Keystone Lake on a meandering paved bike path. Hiking, biking and snowshoeing are just steps from the complex and the out of the way location makes for great wildlife viewing. Guests can head over to the shuttle stop to anywhere in the resort.

Delightful lodging
Came with my husband and young adult daughter. Spacious, very comfortable, convenient to shuttles, quiet, relaxing after skiing. Hot tub wonderful. Would be happy yo stay there again.

Great place and location
We had a wonderful stay. The place was just what we were looking for. Two suggestions: recommend out of towners use the humidifiers, they made a big difference and have a map of the complex in the binder. We didn't know where the community hot tub was...covered in snow.

Enjoyed our stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this charming townhouse! Although it wasn’t as well appointed as some other places we’ve stayed, it was still incredibly nice and comfortable. The beds were fantastic, ensuring we all had restful nights. The kitchen was well-equipped and met all our needs, and the private hot tub was a delightful bonus after a day of exploring. The location is perfect (quiet and peaceful), situated right on the walking trail and probably less than a mile from Keystone (did have to drive into Silverthorn for groceries... but wasn't too far). Overall, a great place to stay, and we highly recommend it!

Ski Weekend with Friends
My best friend from college and her husband came out from NE to join myself and my husband for a quick ski weekend. The four of us had a very fun and relaxing weekend skiing, catching up, and eating great food! The condo is beautiful, nicely appointed, the kitchen is very functional, and the entire unit perfectly designed for two couples. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The best part was being able to jump into the hot tub after a day of skiing, without having to leave the unit. We had only one small maintenance issue during our stay, which was quickly addressed the next day. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great place to relax!
We rented this place for a week and didn't want to leave! We felt so comfortable there! The repair is very high quality (not flip style), very nice design in brown tones, all the furniture and design attributes are high quality and expensive. There are all kitchen appliances, all plates, spoons, kitchen utensils and etc. The location could not be better, the view from the windows is excellent everywhere, there is a local road nearby, but there were few cars passing by and they could not be heard at all. The windows are new with double glass, the doors are high, the ceilings are high, a very pleasant feeling of spaciousness. There is a large hot tub on the terrace, the three of us enjoyed there every evening, the hydromassage works perfectly, the temperature is 104 degrees, different backlight modes. It is very nice when you are hot, and it is cold and snowing outside! The cost is fully consistent with the quality of the rest, I am pleasantly surprised that we found this option. My wife and daughter were very pleased and I am happy about it! Thank you!

Great location
The location was fantastic. Many pro about this place including the living space and hot tub! I will say there is a lot of concern about the comfort of the beds. Rock hard comes to mind unfortunately and better bedding might make more of a statement of comfort. We became also oddly “sneezy” to something in the main bedroom. Overall pleasant trip and would book again if items were addressed.

Beautiful brand new mountain home close to city amenities.
We enjoyed a nice weekend away for our anniversary. We loved the private hot tub and the beautiful river trail behind the house. The home was well equiped with everything you need. Just pack a bag and come. The home was close to downtown Keystone and downtown Dillon, so there is no need to drive far to get to everything you need.

Lovely updated townhouse close to everything
We had 3 adults and a toddler. The Seasons has many beautiful townhomes and we loved the layout of our townhouse. We enjoyed the private hot tub, but it appeared that maybe it had a few missed maintenance cleanings. We were very thankful that we had two humidifiers for each room but both had moldy filters. The rest of the townhouse was clean. The furnishings are nice but both queen beds were very firm and the adults woke up with sore backs, my spouse and I took turns sleeping on the couch which did partially help. The couch is hard and not the most comfortable either. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, but was missing a hand mixer. It did have many other things that I wouldn’t think of though. We loved cooking on the gas range, and the kitchen itself was beautiful. The heated floors felt wonderful after a day on the slopes. All in all we felt comfortable and made some wonderful memories. We would like to stay again if the beds had an upgrade.

Great Stay
Really enjoyed this property, modern decor with great floor plan and fully stocked kitchen. Nice views, beautiful surrounding trails, right next to Snake River and short walking distance to Keystone Lake shops and restaurants. Property manager, Nick, was friendly, accommodating and took the time to answer all our questions. We'll stay here again.

Perfect Spot in Keystone
Nick, Doug and the Skyrun Team made the stay easy, enjoyable and exceeding our expectations. Great spot for two traveling couples who like to cook - kitchen was great! Rooms were nice, beds were comfortable and the deck/hot tub had a great view opposite Keystone.

Tis the Seasons......
1818 is a lovely condo in a great, quiet location that is cozy and furnished well. The hot tub is large and felt great after a cold hike and conveniently situated on a corner so that you don't have to be next to someone while taking a soak. I appreciated the fact that the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and there was even some staples such as coffee, salt, pepper, oil, seasonings, etc. The bedrooms are very comfortable, however the master didn't have a remote control for the tv and the bathrooms are nice. I would suggest in the master bath that the owner mount some towel rods, for there isn't anywhere to hang a towel after use. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying in this condo. It is a great size for up to 4 people.

Stayed in September for turning of leaves. It was beautiful! Hiking trail directly out the door. Close proximity to Dillon/Breckenridge/Copper Mountain/Restaurants. Condo is well stocked with cooking utensils/pots/pans. Private hot tub was soothing! Beds/bathrooms were great! Crank open the windows and let the fresh mountain air flow in! We loved it! Parking was a little bit of a problem...5 stars if not for parking!

Great Stay Convenient Location
Lovely home. Clean and comfortable. Great location. We needed a location close to Keystone Ranch Golf Course as we were playing in a 2 day Colorado State tournament. Perfect place. It was also just across the river ( walking distance) to the Keystone Lodge so we could get massages. Restaurants and grocery shopping were not far. The only issue we had was the hot tub was unusable. We contacted the owner, but unfortunately they could not get it in working order before we departed. There was not a king bed in the Master, but we were only 2 people and needed 2 bedrooms anyway so queens were fine. They could add a towel bar or hook to hang your wet towel in the bathrooms. Other than that.....we were completely satisfied

This truly is a luxury Keystone condo. Beautiful countertops and six burner gas range. The layout is perfect for a small family. I only have two complaints. The beds could have been a little more comfortable and the VRBO listing says it has air conditioned and it doesn’t. Yes, the description has a small mentioned of no a/c hidden at the very bottom but the VRBO filters lists this unit as having a/c. I realize a/c is not necessity in this unit but the listing needs to be congruent.

Beautiful, but for that price, they should know how to clean and get half way decent beds!
The pictures are right on, absolutely beautiful. No misleading there. But the cleanliness of the place was so bad.. poop streaks in the toilet.. thats just doscisring for anyone to walk into. NOT TO MENTION WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF US BEING THERE, MY 1 YEAR OLD ALMOST CHOKED TO DEATH! No exaggeration there guys. He had found a Lego underneath the couch, and boy when we moved that joker it was FULL of Lego pieces, dust bunnies that Graduated into dust wooly mammoths, and a bunch of other little pieces of trash. To pay what we payed for a weeks stay,, we expected everything to be clean,, especially free of choking hazards for the little ones. It was terrifying. Ope. But that wasn't the only time. The next day, he found another Lego piece underneath the master bedroom dresser! I was pretty furious at this point. But moving on, also the beds were so hard. And yes, I did say BEDS! everyone was so sore and never got a good night's sleep. It actually made our decision of leaving a day earlier because we couldn't stand to sleep there one more night. And the last thing was the "brand new hot tub" lol. Not so much. Half of the controls worked, to be specific the music, or number 2 set of jets on the pad. Strange to be brand new. Besides all that Debby downer news for ya, the place was terrific.

Great Condo!
Loved the condo! Very clean, nicely stocked kitchen, good wifi, ski storage, hot tub and easy to jump on bus to lifts or even drive over to one of the free parking lots.
