"This property served our family of 6 well for our Hatfield McCoy Trail riding trip this week! We had 2 F250s with full-sized trailers and had no problems following the instructions to get in, turn around, and park behind the house. We really liked that it was fenced in for extra security, but never felt like it was needed. My wife and son really loved the white husky next door (his name is Ollie and he is very friendly!) and we enjoyed seeing the rabbits that hung around the house. We loved having the foyer to stage helmets, keys, and riding gear and used the downstairs kitchen for drinks/snacks and loading coolers for each day of riding. We used the top 2 floors for actual lodging and appreciated that the beds weren't hard! (Sometimes places that are rented out can have terrible mattresses, but not here.) Our breakfasts around the large table on the 2nd floor were a nice way to start each morning before a day out. The house is located in a short distance from Indian Ridge, Pinnacle Creek, and Warrior trail access and Welch has the nearest hospital/clinic if you need medical assistance (always good to know). The locals are very friendly and we enjoyed the 5 nights we were there. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"The property was exactly as described. It worked out perfectly for our group of 11. There are large rooms and a wonderful kitchen. Parking for our motorcycles and car was beyond sufficient. Beautiful area."

"This was a seamless experience from beginning to end. This place was perfect for 2 families to be able to get together and ride the Outlaw and HMT trail systems. The kitchen had everything needed to come back and relax and cook while enjoying time around the fire. Great host, great house!"

"We had a great time. There was so much room in the cabin and the property. Everything about it was awsome. The dinning room table fit everyone and had a huge lazy susan on it. The kids loved that. Misty was great, letting me know things to do with the grandkids and places to see. We would definitely book this cabin again."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The driveway is very overwhelming as it is not a straight shot and has many inclines that can be difficult with a trailer. If you want hot water for showering after the trails you may want to check first as the water heater continues went out and needed to contact owner on occasion."
