Now more than ever it is important it is important to choose a home that is thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. We inspect our homes multiple times each month and follow the AHLA Stay Safe Guidelines to ensure your stay is safe and comfortable. You will also find an initial supply of cleaning and paper products along with handsoap and toiletries. The home has a private entrance and contactless Check-In/Out.

This upscale home has been meticulously renovated with our guests' complete comfort in mind. Located in the gated community of Truman Annex: a popular and beautifully landscaped community in Old Town Key West. Enjoy the peaceful tropical landscape and pool while only 2 blocks from the excitement of Duval St. We are just outside the entrance to Ft Zachary Taylor State Park and Beach and so close to many of Key West’s popular attractions. After a full day of taking in many of the island's wonderful experiences, come back to all the comforts of home. This open airy home offers a fully furnished kitchen, eating area, living room and bedroom with a queen size bed and full bath. There are televisions in both the bedroom and living room along with wireless internet access. Two sets of French doors bring in lots of light and open to a large balcony where you can enjoy a meal or relax and sip umbrella drinks on the chaise lounges in your own private tropical paradise. 25th Anniversary Trip
Southward Breezes was perfect for our trip! Close in distance to everything we wanted to do on the west end of the island! Easy in and out and great access to pool and bikes. Definitely a place we would come back to!

Fantastic location, bonus to have use of bicycles
The condo is within walking distance to everything that we wanted; Beach, restaurants, and shops. The bikes were in great shape and we used them to get to the beach, just used the picnic tables there.

This condo is central to everything Key West. Bicycles made it super easy to get around, but everything is close enough to walk. Beautiful property. Easy access. Great communication with owners.

Everything you would ever need is in this condo. It's clean and well maintained. The deck is a beautiful area to have your morning coffee or just relax. The location is excellent. Within walking distance to many sights. Highly recommend and cannot wait to come back.

Paradise!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as describe….beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you would need. The LOCATION was perfect! A huge plus was the bikes that were provided. We rode them everywhere and really enjoyed living the Key West lifestyle while we were there. If we ever return to Key West I will definitely book this property again!

Beautiful oasis in a beautiful oasis
The condo was smartly arranged, making excellent use of the space, and had a very welcoming feel. We also loved the deck -- it was much larger than we had expected and was partially covered (protecting us from a rainstorm our first day). It also faced toward the complex rather than the street, and provided a view of the moon and stars as well. The location was superb -- a 5-minute bike ride from Ft. Zachary beach and very close to the rest of town without being too loud. To top it all off, our host, Tracy, was super helpful and accommodating.

We are two blocks from Duvall Street and a short bike ride to Truman waterfront park and Zachary Taylor State Park. The sunsets at Truman Waterfront Park are beautiful. We also seen a pod of Manatees. You are a short bike ride to all the restaurants and bars. Tracy was very responsive to any questions we had. Southard Breezes was as described very nice and clean. We will definitely be back to Southard Breezes again.

Already dreaming of a return stay
Great location, we walked everywhere. The unit was well stocked with everything and well thought out. There were plenty of toiletries, even sunscreen; and great to have beach chairs and towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, convenient. It was our first time in Key West, and if we ever make it back, we want to be here. The only downside was our assigned parking space. It was a bit of a walk from the unit - which we thought maybe was a perk because we realized we were in the shade, and we only used the car once all week. However the Cuban Mahagony tree we were underneath drops large, hard as rocks seed pods, and we were dismayed to find two dents to our vehicle. Beware the tree!

1st trip to KW! We will be back and, unless we bring a ton of people, will stay in this unit again!!
It is very clear Tracy and Harold have spent quite a bit of time in Key West! They truly thought of everything when buying and putting together this unit... Location, location, location - you can walk anywhere you want to go with ease yet you can sit on the large deck in the sun or shade and enjoy peace and quiet. And if you want more range or get where you are going a little quicker they provide bikes that are easily accessible on the property - biking was a whole lot easier and cheaper than driving a car but if you do have a car they provide a parking space. They provide a park pass for two to what we felt was the best beach on Key West along with everything you would need to enjoy it - perfect Tommy Bahama chairs, terrific beach towels and cooler. I concede we drove here even though it was pretty close just because it was really easy to put everything in the car and drive the 3 or 4 minutes over. You can also tell Tracy and Harold had a lot of fun with the remodel and decorating of this property. The décor is perfect for the location and the space has been used incredibly to make the unit function quite well - we especially liked the double French doors out to that great deck. We enjoyed the fully appointed kitchen but mostly to reheat leftovers from all the incredible meals we ate out. We tried many of the restaurants Tracy and Harold recommended and were not disappointed - we even went to Santiago's twice... We also enjoyed the excursions with the recommended companies which also were incredible. We had a family of dolphins play beside our sail boat as we were returning from a snorkel/kayak trip. We were told by Janet - our captain - that they were teaching their kid how to breath - pretty cool! Believe them when they you to pack light! You could probably pack one change of clothes and a swim suit as they even have a washer and dryer fit into the unit. This was our first trip to Key West. After booking everything pretty last minute we had several folks tell us of negative things they had heard about it. All I can say is we are really glad everything was already booked, with the guidance Tracy and Harold provided in their confirmation package we had a tremendous time. There are definitely a lot of people, especially at certain times of the day. It seems like you can make your visit as wild or tame as you want. We will be back and if it is just the two of us we would love to stay here again. Thanks Tracy and Harold!!!

Cozy Condo
This cozy condo is ideally located and is great for two people. The area is generally safe and quieter than two blocks away on Duval. Fort Zach Beach and restaurants are only minutes away. Upon arrival, the house was immaculate, and contactless check-in was easy. The house has quality finishes and is well-appointed. Two bicycles and Tommy Bahama beach chairs are available, which is a nice touch. The queen bed was comfy. There are wood blinds on the bedroom window but no blackout curtains, so I will bring an eye mask if we go again. Having the washer/dryer available is convenient, and starter amounts of products are provided. The partially covered balcony expands the living space and was a nice spot on a rainy morning. There is a designated parking space, but we did not use it. We would stay there again if it were a couple's trip.

Great choice for 2 people
Southard Breezes was very nice for me and my husband. The deck was large and had both shade and sun so it was convenient to have coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The washer and dryer were a little loud but we would do the laundry when we were not in the bedroom! Having laundry available was a plus, though! Truman Annex is close to everything but just far enough away! Thanks for the great week!
