Loved that we were away from the historical part of key west. Place was super clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that were detractors were the occasional airplane takeoffs and the noseeyums at the pool. But great value

We had a specific need for this trip. Traveling with foreign exchange students we needed to all be under the same roof and an affordably priced room for their budgets. If you choose this location you will want a vehicle of some type. There is a very well stocked local market very close to the Vacasa properties The condo itself is dated. It’s clean, yet has that weird smell from too much cleaning product used on the carpets. We have memory foam mattresses at home so it was strange to sleep on a box spring again that squeaks when you roll over. TVs are dated as in the pictures are not crisp. Thought it odd that the TV was placed in front of the mirror on the dresser. I suggest removing the mirror They do provide more than I expected. Soap in bathroom and kitchen. Dishwasher detergent provided. Coffee for the coffee maker. Ice maker worked great. Plenty of glassware and dishes. It was convenient to be able to dry our beach towels and swimsuits in the dryer All in all we would book this location again if we needed to have everyone in the same condo.

Clean room with lots off space
No complaints. Room was very clean and much more space then most places in Key West. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, silverware and all appliances. Only a few minute drive to Smathers Beach and about 15 minutes from downtown (in a car, or 30 minutes in a golf cart).

We were woke up often by people partying outside until 4am nightly. They were revving their moped engines and shouting. The solution hanging on the refrigerator for loud guests was to call the police. I didn't feel like being a Karen and getting anyone in trouble so we just dealt with it. Just know there is a YOUNG college kid crowd that hangs out here.

Worth the money you pay
The suite is basic but has everything you need. It was much cheaper than paying for a hotel and you get the added bonus of having your own full kitchen and living room. Our suite also had a washer and dryer in it. The pool was just a few steps across the parking lot and was great after spending the day in the hot sun. No issues with trying to find a parking space as there is more than enough on either side of the building. The location is also very close to the airport and other sites in Key West. We would stay here again if we traveled back to Key West.

Personal time in Key West
The condo was nice however, the ice machine never worked, even after a technician came out. Nobody practiced social distancing in the hot tub and alcohol was frequently being drank in it. In fact, coolers were brought to the tub! The dishwasher fell out of it's space and the one TV did not work. Aside from that, the rooms were spacious and clean.
