Enter the inviting studio where you are greeted by Key West inspired decor, separate bedroom and kitchenette areas, flat screen tv and ample space for unpacking your bathing suits and funwear. This well-lit unit encompasses a bedroom with a newly-remodeled king bed with luxurious bedding, ceiling fan and wall-mounted HDTV. The complex was very well set up for privacy and access to the pool facilities. Two blocks from the studio is a Free Bus that takes you into Old Town Key West. This was very handy!

The room was clean enough, the buildings are so quaint, and the foliage makes it seem very private. The pool towels, the drinkable water that's available by the pool, along with the ice, and the coffee set up in the room were all nice advantages. The manager is very responsive.

This place was adorable but not as many restaurants etc nearby. Walls where extremely thin could hear simple conversation from the neighbors. But it was very neat, clean & grounds were very tropical.

Loved our little studio. Only here 4 days and would love to come back. Did the old town trolley with was great. Also a sunset sip and sail, weather wasn’t great, no sunset, but still had lots of fun. Music aboard was wonderful!

Wonderful cottage and location
This was a great spot for our 4 nights in Key West and we highly recommend it. Great quiet location that’s an easy 10 minute walk from all the fun spots. Our room was clean, very comfortable bed and the air conditioning was top notch. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we did!

Beautiful studio suite in Key West
Our first trip to the Keys and we loved our room. Perfect for 2 people and we enjoyed the pool area. The location is a short walk to the Duval loop stop #12, and we used that frequently as our only mode of transportation, outside of walking. Managment was great with communication, and allowed us a later checkout due to our later evening flight. Very helpful! We loved this location and would love to stay again, but there was one, and only one, downside. The adjoining Royal Palms studio. It was empty our first night and we were in paradise! The rest of our trip there was a group in the other rental and, unfortunately, it’s like being in the same house. There is no soundproofing at all. This couple yelled and fought multiple times every day, loudly cursing and yelling at each other. Fortunately we were out of our room most of the day, and they did adhere to the requested quiet time of 10pm. But it was terribly intrusive and ruined a good bit of our down time. Understandably the rental agency cannot know who they rent to ahead of time, but maybe putting some soundproofing up along the wall would go a long way! Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Secluded paradise!
Loved this property and will ABSOLUTELY be returning! The rooms were exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. We LOVED having access to the pool after a long day of boating. Ice maker on-site to fill our coolers daily. Parking wasn’t an issue…the only thing I would change is the water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, fantastic experience ❤️

Quick trip
Owner was responsive and allowed early check in after we arrived sooner than expected. The pool was great for relaxing in the afternoon while we figured out what to do that evening. We walked most everywhere which wasn’t a problem.

Wonderful Tropical location
This property was amazing. Clean, comfortable and beautiful. Check in was easy and employees were all so nice. You feel secluded in the tropical pool area but you're really not. Not far from Duval but we had a golf cart so didn't have to walk everywhere. We will definitely be returning, hopefully soon. Thanks for such a great place to stay.

Great Location, Terrible Terrible Mistake
Our first night there was lovely, quiet peaceful just as advertised and then the next two days and nights were awful. We stayed in the Royal Palm Studio that is connected to the Royal Palm Suite. You might as well have not even put a door there. We could hear our neighbors all day and all night. They play a speaker so loud that even my wife couldn't sleep and she sleeps through everything. They were banging on stuff, yelling, and when I told the innkeeper, she just said, maybe they didn't know they were being inconsiderate. Well then why even have the rule sheet that says quiet hours are after 10pm. I sent videos of them yelling and screaming all night long. They tried to come into our room 3 different times. This was an absolute horrible experience to have on our honeymoon. I would not suggest staying here to anyone that wants to find peace and quiet. I wish a manager would call me back, because I would love to get my money back. We couldn't sleep for almost 2 days. We left at 12:30 the night before we were supposed to check out just to get away from this place. Do yourself and your family a favor and do not stay here. Review was for stay May 26, 2023.
