It was once a popular spot for traveling artists who came to Key West for inspiration and showcased their work in the nearby art galleries on Duval Street. Our cozy studio offers a peaceful base for your fun, adventurous vacation. Just 10 blocks from the beach & a short 2.5 blocks from the famous Duval Street, our location provides easy access to the best of Key West. Whether you're returning from a day of sun & sand, a boat excursion, or a leisurely stroll down Duval Street, our studio is the perfect Old Town Key West stay! Our vacation rental is named after one of our dear and talented friends, James Ferrara of J Ferrara Gallery. Based in South Florida, James specializes in underwater photography. You will find several of his pieces throughout the room! Whether you seek relaxation, adventure, or a mix of both, J Ferrara #9 provides the perfect base for your Key West getaway.

IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR YOUR STAY:
Unit Size: Please be aware, this unit is a cozy 138 sq. ft. studio—while compact, it provides all the essentials for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Age and Occupancy Requirements: Booking tenant must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the booking. Furthermore, this property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and is not available for worker housing.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property to maintain a smoke-free environment for all guests.
No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited within the property to maintain a pet-free environment for all guests.
Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays of 28 nights or more, we reserve the right to require a mid-stay cleaning to maintain the quality of the property. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 28 nights thereafter. The cost will be collected separately, and the number of cleanings depends on the length of your stay.
Local Wildlife & Pest Control: The Florida Keys are home to various insects (mosquitoes, no-see-ums, termites), reptiles, chickens, Key deer, and other wildlife. While routine pest control is in place, complete elimination is not possible. Guests should take precautions, such as using insect repellent and keeping doors closed, to minimize exposure.
Construction & Renovation Notice: Due to ongoing growth in the Florida Keys, renovations, construction, and road repairs may occur without prior notice. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, iTrip Key West is not liable for any inconveniences caused by nearby construction.
