Fully Renovated This is a Luxury Executive 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Penthouse.
Our kitchen features high end stainless steel appliances and a Keurig Coffee station with frothier.

The interior features a dedicated work station, faux shutter doors on the bedroom and bathroom for privacy, Ship lap accent walls, vaulted ceilings and nautical colors.

This 1 bedroom condo is considered to be very large by Key West Standards. 2 sets of Patio Doors opening on to the Balcony that provides a peek of the ocean, King Size Bed and a Queen Size Murphy Bed, Large well equipped Kitchen.

Great place to stay we absolutely loved it!!!
The owner is amazing and has great communication, the only thing I would recommend is getting the bike seat fixed. It really hurt to drive the bike, so had to stand while riding it. Also the “check in” directions are incorrect, the box you are told to call in, doesn’t work and hasn’t for awhile so we had to call the building and figure out how to get in. Other than that amazing! We will definitely be back again

I am going to keep this short because I would just go on and on about how wonderful Sherri’s condo is! My wife and I consider ourselves incredibly blessed to have been able to celebrate our 20th anniversary in Key West and we could not have had any better place to stay. The condo was impeccably clean (cleanest place we have ever stayed), comfortable, VERY well stocked with everything you need, beautifully maintained grounds, and in a great location. Also, Sherri was extremely receptive and helpful with any questions we had and even gave great suggestions on travel arrangements when our flight was cancelled. Again, I can go on and on, but thank you again Sherri for sharing such a wonderful place!

Wonderful condo!

Was a nice updated condo. The complex is a bit dated but the condo was very nicely done with everything you will need. If you have a modern, full sized truck you won’t be able to use the parking garage, but we did find parking onsite.

Great Property, Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and well supplied with essentials. The property is well maintained and safe. We were able to use the included bicycles to get to most locations we wanted to go in old town. Southernmost point was a leisurely 15 min bike ride away. The property owner communicated well with us and answered all of our questions. The only thing we were not prepared for was the traffic noise. The unit does face a busy street, so you can hear vehicles as they come around the corner and accelerate. Maybe not an issue for people used to that, but for us, it was noticeable. Overall, I'd recommend this property.

Great choice!
Our family of four was visiting the Florida National Parks and wanted to stay in Key West for a few nights. This condo was fabulous! So clean, comfy, and everything was very well appointed. The kitchen was one of the nicest and well stocked kitchens of all the many places we’ve stayed over the years. Sherri was very responsive the few times we needed her. The location was nice and quiet but just minutes from all the action. Our teens loved having the bikes to ride around and the beach by the pool we found to be nicer than the pictures. We loved our stay and hope to come back!

This was perfect for our first time in Key West! Great amenities and location was close enough to everything by short car or bike ride. Having the bikes and hot tub really sold it for us! The host Sherri was easy to get a hold of when needed. Would definitely stay again.
