- The James House consists of 8 private rooms each with en-suite bathrooms, mini fridge and private balcony.
The Space:
The room features our signature canopy king bed along with an adjoining sitting room separated by French doors. Sitting rooms are furnished with a daybed and twin trundle.
In room amenities - mini fridge, iron, ironing board & blow dryer.
Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in makes the process seamless. Guests will receive a personalized access code before arrival as well as code to the front door of both the Mansion & James House. Guests will also have direct contact to a local guest experience manager for any questions, needs or recommendations during their stay.
Guests have use of the property all day for luggage storage, parking, showers and pool access.

Being in the heart of downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance. Please note we can not guarantee parking, but feel free to ask us for recommendations!
