Penthouse property with vaulted ceilings at the famous 1800 Atlantic. Both bedrooms and the living room have access to your private balcony with great views of the property and Atlantic Ocean. The Owners are fishing enthusiasts as you will see when you relax in the comforts of home away from home. Totally renovated in the Summer of 2024. No attention to detail has been spared.
King in master, 2 twins in guest and a sleeper in the living room. Ideal family unit that will comfortably accommodate a family of 6.
Olympic size heated pool, with a popular bubbling Jacuzzi for one of those rare cold winter nights. Did you know we are the only frost free city in the continental US.
Tennis lovers will appreciate the only clay court on the island of Key West as well as recently renovated hard courts with the help of ATA.
Where do you start in Key West from Fishing to Diving, to theater and the arts. So much to do and so little time will leave you with no choice other than to visit again.
No where is more than 10 minutes away and there is really no need for a car, however you do get a rare free parking space with your property at 1800 Atlantic.
Our Property Manager lives on site and is a wealth of information should you happen to encounter him, ask him to tell you one of his Island Stories, and listen carefully. There is so much to learn. Many come and never leave, will you be one of those?

Condo was exactly as described. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of towels.Location was ideal. The pool and gym in the complex are beautiful. We will be back.

Wonderful location
Great pool, hot tub, library and workout room. Location is wonderful if you are looking for some peace and quite . The rental itself is clean but very dated and showing it’s age . Lots of balcony space and a beautiful view of the ocean .

We were pleased with our stay at C420! My only recommendation is hooks for towels to hang hand towels, bath towels and pool towels. The main bedroom tv kept turning on but that was an easy fix! Loved the pool over looking the water. A bit further from where we wanted to be but for the price it was perfect! Julia was awesome to work with.

Friends & Family Key West Getaway
We stayed for 5 wonderful days in Key West, the condo was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We rented a golf cart, which could be stored in our garage space at the condo for ease. The condo was near all of the beaches and Duvall Street. The condo itself was clean, inviting, and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are a bit outdated, but did not lack in functionality. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony very much. The pool was a wonderful addition to our stay, we spent every afternoon there. We would all stay here again.

Furniture was in great condition and the beds were very comfortable. We could get anywhere we wanted to go within 7-10 minutes (even on bikes). Checkout is at 10, but our flight wasn't until later in the day. The staff was great and let us store our bags in the office until we needed to head to the airport. Would definitely rent this unit in the future without hesitation.

The apartment decor is outdated Floridian, but was clean and functional, the bed in the master was firm plush and we enjoyed sleeping in it. The kitchen was well stocked with things we needed to eat in, although we never actually cooked. The liason was great, right next to Smathers beach and biking distance to all the local fun stuff. I think if they updated the decor and the bathrooms /kitchen this place would rent for a lot more money. But if you don't care about how it looks, this is such a great place to stay.

What a view

My husband and I got eaten alive even inside the unit. We thought it was No see ums, but after some research I think it was chiggers. I got it way worse than my husband. We are seriously considering wether we can give this location another shot. The unit itself is clean, plenty of towels, (they def need new pots/pans) and some utensils. If you rent at 1800 I would just suggest researching how to deal with chiggers and no see ums prior to arrival.

Full time senior residents clearly dislike renters and frankly children as we were treated quite rudely at pool multiple times. Be warned you are not allowed to talk on your balcony past 10pm as it’s a noise violation or throw a ball in the pool as no toys allowed.

Like others have mentioned you could consider the decor dated, but do you really plan on staying in the unit while visiting? There are more modern decor units available but be prepared to pay outrageous prices for those. We enjoyed our stay and the unit had everything we needed! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a well kept and reasonably priced stay. Location was great with a great view and minutes away from all your favorite destinations. The management group onsite was also great to work with as we arrived early and dropped our bags off while we went out to explore the island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Needs updated. Was not clean when we got there. We swept the floors and cleaned counter tops. Washed dishes, silverware and glasses before we used them. Cleaned up dead bugs and killed a live one. The furniture was dirty so we never sat on the living room furniture. Julia offered to have them come back and clean again but we didn't want someone coming in while our stuff was there and we were gone. View was great, pool area is getting updated and basically quiet and away from Duval Street and all the noise. Would rent a different unit if we ever go back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start this by saying that I would definitely stay at this property again. The view is amazing. Sitting on the patio overlooking the ocean and swimming pool is priceless. For the property itself, plenty of room for our family of 4. The condo has more closet space than our newly built house. Kitchen is big and has most of the utensils you'd expect (going out in Key West every night can get spendy). My only knock would be the building and condo are becoming dated and some of the items have reached their lifespan. The closet door come off the track very easily. The main bedroom shower/tub is very unique. I think you could fit another mattress in it and use it as another sleeping spot. I will say the step into it is a little dangerous, especially for older people. None of that would prevent me from staying again but sometimes it is just time to fix things. To finish, close to the airport and beaches. I recommend.
