This two bedroom condo is close to the airport, beaches, restaurants and minutes away from Duval.  Warm and welcoming condominium in a quiet gated waterfront community. The open floor plan overlooks the lush gardens with sliding glass doors leading to the expansive patio surrounded by lush tropical landscape with a hint of ocean view in the distance.

FURNISHINGS...
This nautical 3rd floor unit has all the quaint decor suited for a life at sea.  Perfect for a family getaway in this cozy condo with updated furnishings.  The dining room table can seat six and the the comfortable living room furniture is great for watching a movie or playing a board game.  

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The primary bedroom offers a king bed with writing desk and en suite bath and guest room offers another king size bed. Family room has a queen sized pull out couch.  Perfect setting for families, or couples traveling with friends.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
Two spacious bedrooms and two full baths including a sunken tub and dressing vanity offer plenty of room for everyone. There is a comfortable, queen-sized sleeper sofa for extra guests, a well equipped eat-in kitchen with seating for 4, bright and airy dining room and outdoor dining under the stars.

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
Balmy ocean breezes and sounds of the sea surround you at this great oceanfront condo. Community amenities include a private beach, grill, large ocean-front heated swimming pool and tennis court.

Walk just 2 minutes out the property's side gate to Smathers Beach, the largest beach on Key West!

In Good Spirits, a lovely condo
Very nice, well stocked and beautifully decorated and clean. All linens and towels included, made it even nicer. Beautiful pool and beach area, also building had good security. Overall great experience and would go again.

Wonderful condo!
We had a wonderful week. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and ocean view! Condo had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Location was quiet but easy to access Old Town Key West via Uber. Would definitely recommend!

Was beautiful peaceful grounds! Wouldve liked a closer water view but was still very nice. Love the kitchen! The giant shower Jacuzzi tub was not in use so that was a little disappointing but we still enjoyed our stay in this lovely place.

Best Place in Key West
We absolutely loved 1800 Atlantic and our unit. Everything was so well kept and the unit was spacious and super comfortable. The amenities at this complex were fantastic - great pool, hot tub area. It even had a work out room and a game room/ ping pong table. It has a small man made beach and awesome ocean access. We would definitely stay here again. The property manager was also great and professional and there’s a concierge service we used as well. We will be back!

Great Experience!
Lovely condo in a great location - close to a beach and away from the noisy areas, yet a short bike or Uber ride to most attractions. The kitchen was unusually well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. We loved that there were two king beds. The spacious deck was a great breakfast place. The pool area was very nice, with a hot tub as well. We had a terrific stay!

We did not rent a car, so did Uber to the main downtown area for restaurants, bars, excursions, etc as these were likely not walkable for most folks, but we did not mind this at all as it left the property very quiet and relaxing when serenity was desired.

Nice, quiet area
Although we used Uber to get to Duvall Street since the walk was long and it was very warm out, we enjoyed staying at this condo. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to spend our mornings before heading over to the action-packed areas. We highly recommend staying here.
