Perfect for a family get-away or a group of friends looking to relax in Key West with all the amenities of home. Full size fully equipped eat in Kitchen, Washer/Dryer. Expansive private balcony overlooking the lush tropical courtyard and botanical gardens.

Large dining area that seats 6 comfortably, King bed in the Master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. 2 full size bathrooms.

1800 Atlantic has the best pool on the Island and a 20 person Jacuzzi. 3 lighted Tennis Courts , one of which is clay. Secure assigned parking.

This property was the perfect choice for our needs as we traveled on vacation with four kids and two adults. The property managers were well organized, and thorough. Communication was very good and the common area staff were polite and accommodating. The common area facilities were plenty and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and appreciated having off street parking in an enclosed garage for our rental. The condo had everything we needed and was very spacious. We would definitely book this condo again.

Huge condo in a nice, quiet spot
The condo was extremely clean and spacious. There were only two of us in town for work, but the condo could easily accommodate a larger group. Very nice living area and huge balcony/patio. Access to a garage is a plus if you have a car, but it’s also a nice bike ride over to Duvall, etc. Would stay again!

Great Location for My Group
Location was quiet as it is away from Duvall street. We had a few guests who have health conditions and getting rest is important. We rented bikes and enjoyed our multiple bike rides to Duvall street. The garage space was a plus to store the bikes safely. The only downsides were the early check out and the ice maker didn't make ice very quickly.

The stay was pleasant for the most part. Check in was a little confusing as we didn't know to use the garages, but once that was explained by security it was no problem. This property is not a resort, but rather a bunch of residences. We had security called on us the first night because we were on the balcony talking at around 11:30. That was a bit surprising.

The condo was clean and met all of our needs for our stay. Great location and quiet! It was close to the beach and our favorite restaurants. We didn't have to drive and could walk there. It was nice having a private parking spot in a safe locked garage. We would diffently stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we searched for a half hour for the “white gate” as directed. It was a white garage. The beach was disappointing as it was not accessible from debris. The location was not close to town (Duval) street and the surrounding neighborhood was sketchy. The garage door opener opened both the units and the unit next door??There were no directions on how to lock the key pad to the front door. We eventually figured out you had to hold a check mark button. Overall I would give it a “C” rating.
