Absolutely amazing!
We have visited Key West several times in the past, and this by far has been the best place we’ve stayed. The location is perfect, the accommodations are amazing, and it was a very effortless check in and check out.

Hidden Gem
What a great find! Far enough from the noise but close enough to everything you want to experience. Check in and check out was seamless and everything you could need was available. This is a great little place in key west that we will definitely be renting again in the future!

Adorable little palm oasis
Great little house with lots of amenities. Location is walk/bike able to the beach and Duval st. The property is gorgeous and perfect for relaxing. House was clean, cool and the water was hot. Parking wasn’t a big deal, plenty of non-resident spots available.

Nice place but the pool was broken
The hot tub was great. The house was nice. The pull out bed was not so nice. It could use a new mattress. Unfortunately the pool broke down for our entire stay and we did not get to use it at all.

It's close enough to walk to Duval, but far enough away to be quaint. The multi-level back yard with hot tub, pool, seating and grill were quite nice. Place is clean and adequate for 2 people. No complaints.

Great place to really unwind. Nice neighborhood with lots of little shops to check out. Easy LYft/Uber access. Backyard was very topical and secluded.

We loved our stay!
The location was perfect for us. Close to popular venues but not too close. The pool area was a hidden oasis. Clean and peaceful. We rented bikes and biked all over Key West! Two of our favorite adventures was fishing with Salty Goat charters and watched the 4th of July Fireworks with Cruising Tikis Key West. Also, don’t miss the great coffee and food at Keys Coffee Co.

This property it a great spot close to quite a few good restaurants and two gas stations, one which is 24/7. The house was clean. The outdoor area of the house was also amazing, a shared pool but a private hot tub with curtains for more privacy. The grill was also kept in good condition with propane<3

Well appointed oasis in very walkable area
Cozy but comfortable for 2, this home has tremendous backyard amenities, a hot tub and shared pool, both surrounded by vegetation. The location is a mile or less walk to the beach and Duval street, with restaurants and a grocery nearby. A stop on the free loop line is about .5 miles away. We enjoyed visiting Duval street as well as exploring the surrounding area.

Unclean
The room we rented had a decent kitchen but there was food still in the dishwasher and around the stove. The shower was in need of cleaning around the drain. The hot tub looked gross and had debris in the bottom. It was in a pretty good location on one of the main roads and I think this place just needs some work done to it and it would be a great spot. Vacasa support for everything was a total joke and I don’t recommend booking with them, but still had a good time in the keys.

Great place
Hey, I was there the day after the hurricane and the inside was very clean. However, I would send someone to pick up the outside with all the storm clutter out in back. Also, would clean out that hot tub and pool as it has some hurricane dirt that seemingly got into it as well.

Exceeded my expectation
Beautiful, well appointed condo, only approximately 500 sft. but didn’t seem cramped. Well stocked and clean. Close enough to most attractions/historical sites in Key West without out hearing or seeing crowds. Love the outdoor spaces including rear deck and spa tub. Justin from Vacasa touched base with me early in our stay to make sure accommodations were perfect. I will most likely rent the same or similar unit from Vacasa and refer friends and relatives.

Several night stay
PROS: The location was good as we were able to walk to many restaurants & about 16-20 min walk to Duval street. The outdoor area in back was also nice. Kitchen equipped to make meals. CONS: It did rain our entire stay & I asked whether there were umbrellas were available- which there were not. The dishwasher was broken and we were told it would be repaired but it wasn’t repaired while we were there. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and we could hear noise from the unit above us (thin walls/floors).

Very Disappointed
As we entered the rental, we noticed that the TV was on which we found quite unusual. The volume was very loud. We tried to lower the volume using the remote but the volume went from very loud to mute. We could not adjust the volume and so we just turned the TV off. Also, we noticed that the hot tub was dirty and so we did not use it. We called the local Vacasa office and they sent a repairman who could not fix the TV issue and said it needed to be replaced. The hot tub issue was not addressed. The local Vacasa offer did not respond to our numerous attempts to resolve these issues. This rental certainly was not worth the price we paid.

Needs improvement
Unit seemed nice. Good location, walkable to lots of stuff. However, no dedicated parking space (so good luck finding street parking close). Appeared to be termites in kitchen cabinet by the fridge. Not enough towel hooks for bath towels, no hooks or anything for pool/hottub towels outside. Broken blinds in a couple rooms (bedroom and bathroom), impacted privacy. Window AC in bedroom that ran constantly so it wasn't quiet inside house. Back yard was lovely, pool and hot tub were good, landscaping was great. Could use some srring lights or some solar lighting in backyard so you could use the oasis at night. Very dark. Sitting in living room trying to relax, Maintenance guys in upstairs unit start power washing upstairs deck, very noisy. Then the water starts flowing in the front door of the unit we rented on 1st floor. Water got all over hardwood floors inside front door. Seems a bit over priced for a place with broken things, paint drips on hardwood floors and Maintenance guys that make bigger messes.

NEVER AGAIN - BUYER BEWARE
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is tired, the cushions on the outdoor patio were filthy. No interior windows open because all are boarded shut, which is a fire hazard. The bathroom has no ventilation, no window and smells like mold. The paint is dirty on the back door and the blind is beat up and old. The hot tub was dirty and we never saw anyone clean the pool. We were evicted from the apartment for a minor argument by the property manager. Even though there was no damage to the apartment and the argument lasted about 2 minutes. I believe the manager took real pleasure in throwing 4 women out on the street at night in a rain storm. We saw him on the street the next day and had he nerve to smile and wave; he took sadistic pleasure in watching us struggle. I have nothing good to say about this property and would NOT recommend a stay here.
