Modern 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with nice size balcony overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. California king bed in Master Bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom. Living room sofa with queen sleeper. Nicely decorated with a Key West Flair. Full kitchen with all appliances, washer/dryer, electric range and microwave. Central air conditioning with ceiling fans. Flat screen TV and Wireless Internet provided. Large pool with hot tub and sauna. Lighted tennis court. Gated community with BBQ area. Dedicated, covered parking spot.

This was a fantastic property. My husband and I spent 10 beautiful days here. The ocen veiw is great, quiet at night. Had everything we needed. Roberta is a great host.

We really enjoyed the property. It was close to Smathers Beach. We could watch and hear the ocean from the deck every day. It was an easy walk across the street to the beach. We wanted to stay away from the Bustle of downtown so this was perfect. We had a place to park are car if we wanted to Uber. The owner responded quickly to any question we had. We enjoyed the property pool and hot tub. The building is older, but clean and kept up. It was not extravagant or fancy, but met our needs for our trip. We did use utensils etc to cook breakfast several mornings.

Nice Quiet Place
This is an older but very well kept condo community. It was very clean and the property manager was extremely kind and responsive to our needs. It would be perfect if it were closer to downtown, but if you’re looking for a quiet, out of the way spot, this is a great choice. The island is small and Uber is available within 1 minute anywhere on the island, day or night.

This condo was great. The proximity to the beach and the view were amazing! I could sit on the deck and stare at the blue water endlessly. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable but the other beds were fine. Key West is a great place to visit and this condo was on the quit side of town, which we loved. Our family of 5, with 3 teenagers, loved our stay. We will happily stay here again if we ever find our way back to the keys!

Room With A View
The apartment was clean and very spacious. The view of the ocean was lovely. The location was just a short drive to any venue. The pool was lovely BUT it was Florida in the summer and the pool water was quite warm. My only negative issue is that the twin bed mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable.

Nice view and great pool
Four ladies had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun week despite less than ideal weather. If you like to swim the large pool is heated to perfection and the hot tub is nice too. No way to stream anything on the TVs though.

Great Key West Experience
My wife and I had a great time staying here while celebrating our anniversary. We enjoyed biking downtown during the day and being able to have quiet time back at the condo at night. Would definitely stay here again!
