Come stay at this bright and airy 2 bedroom, 2 full bath town home in the renowned Truman Annex in Old Town. Leave the car at the covered carport and enjoy all that Key West has to offer. Conveniently located two blocks from Duval Street with all of the restaurants, bars, shops and night life; two blocks from the historic Truman Little White house; a short bike ride to Fort Zachary Beach State Park, the locals “best beach”; 2.5 blocks to Mallory Square for the nightly “Sunset Celebration”. Enjoy a dip in the private hot tub on your back patio or refresh with a swim in the “Presidents Row” community pool, located around the corner from the house.
Walk into the bright and airy first floor living area with an open floor plan, well-appointed kitchen, one full bathroom, huge dining table and lovely sitting area which opens to the partially covered back patio for the Florida outdoor living experience. Upstairs are two bedrooms separated by a full bathroom. The master has one King size bed, French doors open to a balcony with a spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be moved together upon request to form one King bed. Full size washer and dryer are located upstairs. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TV’s for your viewing pleasure. Stay comfortably and enjoy the beauty of Key West.

Process worked well to get checked in. Great location!!! Easy walk or bike ride to anywhere. Only time we used the car was to get to the grocery store. The walkways were gorgeous but a tad overgrown. Would definitely stay in the annex again!

Location is good. Not too much trouble getting and returning keys. Second bedroom is VERY tiny. No dresser or nightstand drawers to store clothes. Couch is comfy but other chairs not so much. Pool was nice.

Our property was perfectly located to all the fun of Key West. We rented bikes for the week and either biked or walked to the beach, bars, restaurants and markets. The cute home had all you needed for a perfect stay. We soaked in the hot tub, ate on the back porch, and slept soundly in the comfortable beds. It was a wonderful family trip!

Paradise in Key West
Dancing Palms was extremely clean with a well stocked kitchen. The down stairs patio furniture was very comfortable with a hot tub. Nice gas grill. Check in was very easy and smooth. Beautiful grounds that are nicely manicured. Community pool with pristine clear water that was very relaxing with iguanas to view! Easy walk to restaurants, museums, beaches. We were here for 2 weeks and never had a car. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Cannot give recommendations for a favorite restaurant as list would be too long!! Loved being able to patio dine with every meal. Truman Annex is a lovely shaded complex, centrally located and easy to walk to all attractions and restaurants. We will defiantly be staying here again! Would be nice to have key pad entry do would not have to carry keys around. Also lounge chairs on upstairs patio would also be great.

This place was perfect for us. We were 2 couples traveling together. The location is fantastic. Quiet but a short walk to everything Duval, Mallory Square, the water. It’s all a short walk away. 2 bathrooms. One couple used the upstairs bathroom and one the downstairs. We used the hot tub frequently when we got back early or after going to the pool. We will definitely be looking to stay here again

The property is very well described in the listing. It is spacious and clean. The neighborhood is excellent. It is very close to the action yet quiet as it is in a gated community. The gates are closed after six in the evening, but your keys give you access to the community. It is close to the beach at the state park, near Mallory square and the north end of Duval. The Hemmingway House, Eisenhower House, and the Light House are all very close as well. The deck has a table and umbrella which was a nice location to relax. The front porch has chairs. The check in process was very easy and the communication with the property management was always prompt. The jacuzzi and pool are very nice. There is ample towels and wash cloths, there were beach towels, and the kitchen had all of the necessary ware and appliances. The washer and dryer were nice since we were staying for a week. This allowed us to pack fewer clothes. We did have a problem with the refrigerator. It was leaking water when we arrived. We contacted management and they sent someone over right away. The problem could not be fixed so for the duration of our stay the refrigerator could not make ice nor could we use the water system from the refrigerator. That was somewhat of an inconvenience. Overall we had a very nice time in the property.

Adorable Townhouse!
This townhouse was located in a quiet, beautiful area. The home had all the amenities you needed to cook, clean and even go to the beach with. When we did initially walk in, it had a strong unpleasant odor. We believe the previous people had dogs that may have peed on the rugs in the bathrooms. We can understand this would be hard to see, due to the rugs being a navy color. Other than that, it was a great spot! The community is gated all around and there is only one way in and out after 6 pm (at least that we knew of). We will be looking forward to staying at this location/area again. 😊

Had a great time. Great location to splash pad and Fort Zach. However, they are very strict with assigned parking and I rented a golf cart just to find the top of it wouldn’t fit in the unusually low carport! Got the go ahead to park it in another spot per the rental agencies after hours emergency line. It almost got towed a couple days later because the people she said weren’t there, apparently were. Had to park it in another spot after speaking to rental company again and then getting the ok from security. Quite a hassle to have to deal with while on vacation.

Great location within walking distance of Duval
Great location within easy walking distance of Duval St. My only real complaints of the location is that all of the vehicle gates are only usable with a remote (which we didn't have) so you have to go around to the main entrance on Southard St. The pedestrian gates close at 6pm and can only be opened with a key, and only one of our keyrings had that particular key. The property was as expected, clean and well stocked. The back patio was not as clean with a bunch of debris that had fallen out of the trees that overhang the patio. It was not a huge deal but definitely wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The Truman Annex is a bit of a maze so it takes some time to figure out how to get to the various spots (parking, pool, etc).
