This home was built in 2004. It has been well maintained and is ready for you to enjoy on your next vacation in Key West. There is a TV in the living room and in every bedroom. You will love this home!

Perfect for our family Christmas
Well laid out and in a very pleasant compound. It is about 4 miles from the Old Town area in Key West where all the restaurants and shops are. There is a wonderful small botanical garden and a golf course nearby.

Excellent Trip
Second time at this location and it continues to exceed expectations. Great relaxing weekend for the family and location puts you within 10 mins from beach or downtown Key West. Family spent a lot of time at pool which is within feet of back porch Great location for families.

this place was AWESOME. great location to everything. whether you are headed into KW for some activitiy and the beach or staying on Stock Island.....everything is just about 2 miles away. home was perfect. great location to pool and the fact that it was heated was even better since we were coming from snow! will definitely be back!

Key West Get Away
Clean, quiet (except for the junglefowl crowing!), proximity to downtown Key West was manageable even on a spring break week. The pool was well maintained and open til 10p. We appreciated the extras like beach chairs and towels in the unit. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked with cooking supplies but it was adequate for us. PS/FYI - the replace filter light on the fridge was on all week.

2023 Lobster Mini-Season
This was my first stay in this unit but not my first time in Coral Hammock. This one is my favorite. It has great pool access and enough privacy to not feel like you are on top of your neighbor. We will be back next year for sure!

The place was great!
It was large and spacious. We were next to the pool. It had all of the kitchen amenities we needed. The entire property was gated. The pool was gated if the kids tried to escape. Away from all of the Key West crowd but only a 5 min drive to anywhere in key west. Staff was very helpful. I would return in the future

The actual unit was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely furnished and the kitchen for the most part had everything we required. There were some very minor things that could use a handyman's touch, but nothing that would keep me from staying there again, or not recommending it to others. Being right on the pool perimeter was great!!

Was well positioned inside the complex next to the pool, but has no issues with noise, especially at night. Place was well kept and clean upon arrival and stocked with necessary supplies. Location was great because it is just outside of key west, but very easily accessible. Only negative if there is one at all, is the cookware may need upgrading and maybe some décor? But overall vey great place.

Great place to stay in Key West
I was originally looking for a place that was on Key West but this properties location was just as good. It was just about 45 minute drive over the bridge to get to Key West… About 20 minutes total to downtown. There was a washer and dryer in the unit in the washing machine made a really loud, whining noise. The dishwasher also wouldn’t work right and it was missing two of the wheels on the bottom drawer. The property management staff was courteous and responsive, but they did forget to give us the gate code before we checked in. Luckily, a resident arrived behind us and open the gate for us. Other than that, the place was impeccable. It was great to be so close to the community pool so we could cool off after a day out on the water.

Key stay
We had one issue. When we arrived, AC was blasting at 64 even though thermostat was set for 75. Within half hour of arriving, maintenance man was there because house cleaning staff had alerted him to the problem. He replaced the thermostat. But apparently he crossed the wires. That first night it got rather warm and we then figured out that the heat and cool settings were reversed. So we ran the “heat” and kept the place a comfortable 75 the rest of the time. Beds were comfortable. Place was very clean. Interestingly, the drug was the exact same model we have at home (except ours is stainless steel).
