Located just off Key West at mile marker 5, the gated community of Coral Hammock on Stock Island is a stunning and peaceful retreat with a gorgeous resort style giant pool, luxurious clubhouse and fully equipped fitness area. You are close enough to all the excitement of downtown Key West without being right on top of the nightlife.

Take a deep breath and exhale as you step into this delightful three bedroom three bath townhome, boasting inviting indoor/outdoor living space. The open concept kitchen, dining and living area offers optimal flow for function and comfort. Delight your loved ones with delicious meals crafted in the modern and fully stocked kitchen with top of the line cookware. Entertain, play games and enjoy your favorite shows on the plush living area furnishings

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.....
This home has three full bedrooms each with TVs as well as three full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 - 8 people so it is ideal for families with seniors or couples traveling together. The primary suite features a king with an en suite bathroom with a conventional tub/shower combination. The 1st floor bedroom has a queen size bed & full bathroom with tiled shower. The 2nd floor bedroom has two twin size beds (which can be converted to a king) and a full en suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. There is also a custom Carolina Chair queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a pack and play available.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
A tranquil pool view can be easily appreciated by relaxing on either the upper or lower balconies. With its gated entryway and lush landscaped grounds this home boasts panoramic tropical garden views and a convenient pool side location. The resort sized heated swimming pool invites you to soak up the sun while enjoying our island’s warm breeze. The Key West Golf Course is just a stone’s throw away. For the boaters out there, Coral Cabana is also centrally located to 3 different marinas.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

Coral Hammock HOA-Rules & Regulations:
· No boats, trailers, wave runners, motor homes, campers and/or buses allowed on site. (You must make other arrangements in advance at a local marina, etc)
· Vehicles may park only in designated parking spaces and may not park in the following areas of the association property: designated “fire lanes” or driveways.
· Boats, buses, campers, trailers, motor homes, recreation vehicles, mobile homes and commercial vehicles shall not be parked on the association property.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

We really liked this vacation rental. We were 2 parents with 2 adult children so everyone had their own room. The house was nicely decorated, felt homey, and was very well equipped. If you're looking for a house where you can cook in the kitchen, have meals at a table, and relax in the living room, this house fits the bill. There were several nice patios to relax outdoors. We did not have trouble parking. HOWEVER, I felt like the request to strip the beds and load and turn on the dishwasher (I would have loaded it either way) was unreasonable given the $375 (!!!!!) cleaning fee I was charged. For $375 the cleaner could have stripped the beds and and turned on the dishwasher him/herself. Especially since we had to rush because checkout was 10am rather than the customary 11am.

Family trip to Key West
The location for this stay is in a quiet area (minus the expected roosters). The house is lovely, solid and the floors don’t creak. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook except for a pizza cutter, but we found another solution. The pool in this community was fantastic and heated. The house provided beach towels, which was so nice. The bathrooms are lovely. This a nice place for a group who wants to stay off the busy island.

Coral Cabana stay was excellent start to finish. The property is in a gated community and felt very safe. The property manager touched base prior to our arrival and left lights and TVs on - very nice touch. The place was spotless and very well appointed. Heated pool was just down the walk from one of the back porches. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped - not that we used it much. A pretty good restaurant named Roostica is right across the road. My spouse and I greatly enjoyed our time on Stock Island and in the Coral Cabana house. Highly recommend!!

We truly enjoyed our time at Coral Cabana! Very clean and modern. The pool in the back courtyard was awesome. Very convenient to downtown Key West. Property manager was super helpful and timely with communication. Highly recommend!

Excellent for our family of 7. The grandparents took the first floor suite and my family took the upstairs. Everyone was comfortable and had their own bathrooms ( super helpful when you have teens). We had a great stay at this beautiful home that was only a short drive to Mallory Square. We were able to enjoy the pool and the large porches. The kitchen had everything we need to cook and there was even a grill. And we loved that there was a local coffee shop/bakery in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

We visited for a guys fishing trip and there was everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Check in was a breeze and the pool is right outside the back door. Location was close the marina and there are a few restaurants close by.

Girls Getaway
Perfect location in Key West for us. We did have to drive to Duval Street but appreciated the quiet of the location. Property was clean and perfect for us as each of us had our own room and bathroom but would also be perfect for three couples as there is more than enough room. Property manager was always available and quick to respond with any questions we had. Overall, great stay!!

Great Townhome and Lush Green lLocation
I really enjoyed my stay at Coral Way. The townhome was clean, beds very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, Wi-Fi great, showers good, and tvS in every bedroom. It was the perfect place for my family. The seniors stayed downstairs, and the rest of the family had their rooms and bathrooms upstairs. The check-in was one of the easiest I’ve ever encountered. The property is gated, the home I stayed in was steps away from the pool, which was a heated saltwater shallow pool. A small gym was also available on the property but I never felt the need to workout. I loved it there and would go back in a heartbeat.
